Claims (7)
- 유리 합지이며, 다음의 측정 방법에 의해 계수한 50㎛ 이하의 크기의 백색 이물의 수가 10개/269㎡ 이하인 유리 합지.
[측정 방법]
(A) 평가용 유리판(두께 0.7㎜이고, 370㎜×470㎜의 사이즈)에, 유리 합지를(횟수: 100회, 시간: 4초/회, 압력: 0.45㎫, 평가용 유리판 온도: 55℃) 가압하고,
(B) 가압을 종료한 상기 평가용 유리판을 반송(라인 스피드 200㎝/min)하면서, 순수를 공급(유량: 57L/min)하고, 상기 평가용 유리판의 상측에 2개 및 하측에 2개 배치된 합계 4개의 롤 브러시(롤 직경(내경): 60mm, 롤 직경(외경): 80mm, 모 직경: 0.06㎜/밀권(密卷), 재질: 나일론612, 회전수: 300rpm, 거리: 상하 0㎜)로 상기 평가용 유리판을 세정하고,
(C) 오르보테크사제 오프라인 결함 검사 시스템(FPI-6000 시리즈(형식 번호: FPI6090D))을 사용하여, 세정된 상기 평가용 유리판의 전체 이물을 검사하여, 전체 이물의 화상을 취득하고,
(D) 상기 화상에 기초하여 상기 전체 이물을 육안으로 외관 관찰하여, 상기 전체 이물 중에서 50㎛ 이하의 크기의 백색 이물의 수를 계수한다. - 제1항에 있어서, 유리 합지이며, 상기 측정 방법에 의해 계수한 50㎛ 이하의 크기의 백색 이물의 수가 6개/269㎡ 이하인 유리 합지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유리 합지이며, 상기 측정 방법에 의해 계수한 50㎛ 이하의 크기의 백색 이물의 수가 3개/269㎡ 이하인 유리 합지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, JIS P8224: 2002에 준거하여 측정되는 유기물의 함유량이 0.08질량% 이하인 유리 합지.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유리 합지와 유리판을 교대로 적층시킨 유리판 적층체.
- 제5항에 기재된 유리판 적층체와, 상기 유리판 적층체를 재치하는 팔레트를 구비하는 유리판 곤포체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 팔레트가, 상기 유리판 적층체가 평적 상태로 재치되는 팔레트인 유리판 곤포체.
