Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법으로서,
a) 상기 올레핀 공급물을 지향시켜, 상기 올레핀 공급물로부터 상기 오염물질을 제거할 수 있고 상기 공급물보다 적은 오염물질을 함유하는 올레핀 생성물을 생성할 수 있는 제1 입자성 흡착제 베드(first particulate adsorbent bed)와 접촉시키는 단계;
b) 상기 제1 흡착제 베드를 가열하고, 재생 가스를 상기 제1 흡착제 베드를 통해 지향시켜 상기 오염물질을 상기 흡착제로부터 탈착시키고 상기 오염물질을 함유하는 재생 가스 유출물을 제조하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 재생 가스 유출물을 제2 입자성 흡착제 베드를 통해 지향시켜, 상기 오염물질을 상기 재생 가스 유출물로부터 탈착시키고 제거하여, 상기 재생 가스 유출물보다 감소된 수준의 오염물질을 갖는 재생 가스 생성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 입자성 흡착제 베드가 알루미나; 제올라이트; 알루미나-제올라이트의 복합재; 또는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 산화물로 도핑된 알루미나, 제올라이트, 또는 알루미나-제올라이트의 복합재를 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡착제 베드가 제올라이트 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X 또는 Na Y 또는 상기 제올라이트와 알루미나의 조합물을 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생 가스가 질소 또는 연료 가스인, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오염물질이 유기 함산소물(organic oxygenate)을 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오염물질이 무기 또는 유기 황 화합물을 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오염물질이 상기 올레핀 공급물의 500ppm 이하를 구성하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡착제 베드에서 압력을 감소시킴으로써 상기 제2 흡착제 베드로부터 상기 오염물질을 탈착시켜 상기 오염물질을 함유하는 저압 폐가스를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡착제 베드가 알루미나를 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 오염물질이 유기 함산소물, 무기 또는 유기 황 화합물, CO2 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오염물질을 함유하는 상기 재생 가스 유출물이 상기 제2 입자성 흡착제와 접촉 전에 냉각되는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 물이 상기 냉각 동안 상기 재생 가스 유출물로부터 제거되는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생 가스를 가열하고 상기 재생 가스를 상기 제1 흡착제 베드와 접촉 하에 통과시킴으로써 상기 제1 흡착제 베드가 가열되는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 재생 가스가 약 200 내지 500℃의 온도로 가열되는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오염물질을 함유하는 상기 재생 가스 유출물이 상기 제2 흡착제 베드와 접촉 전에 적어도 50 psia의 압력으로 가압되는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡착 베드에서의 탈착 압력에 대한 흡착 압력의 비가 적어도 2.0인, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생 가스 생성물의 적어도 일부분을 흡착된 오염물질을 함유하는 상기 제1 흡착제 베드로 지향시키는 단계를 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공급물 스트림이 적어도 약 50 중량%의 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공급물 스트림이 적어도 90 중량%의 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 재생 가스가 질소 또는 연료 가스인, 올레핀 공급물로부터 오염물질을 제거하는 방법.
