Claims (5)
- 염기 촉매하에서 디올 및 디메틸 카보네이트를 생성되는 메탄올을 제거하며 반응시켜 수평균 분자량이 1만 이상인 지방족 폴리카보네이트를 제조하는 제1 단계; 및
상기 제1 단계에서 형성된 고분자 축합체에 절단제로서 이차 알코올을 투입하여 에스테르 교환 반응시키는 제2 단계;
를 포함하는 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 염기 촉매는 리튬, 나트륨 또는 칼륨 양이온으로 구성되고, 함량이 전체 상기 디올 대비 0.01~0.1mol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 단계는 하기 반응식 2에 따라 수행되고, 제조되는 상기 폴리카보네이트 폴리올의 수평균 분자량은 200~20,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

(반응식 2에서, A를 포함하는 지방족 폴리카보네이트는 하기 화학식 2 또는 화학식 3의 반복단위로 구성되고, 화학식 2 및 화학식 3의 몰비율은 100:0~80:20이고, Z를 포함하는 절단제는 상기 디올에 대하여 1~20mol%이고, X를 포함하는 지방족 폴리카보네이트 폴리올에서 X는 A 또는 Z이다.)

(화학식 3에서, m은 5~20의 정수이다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이차 알코올은 2,2,4,4-테트라메틸-1,3-시클로부탄(2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutane; TMCD) 또는 1,3-부탄디올(1,3-butanediol; 1,3-BDO)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제조된 폴리카보네이트 폴리올은 상온에서 투명한 액상의 비결정성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
