Claims (18)
- 방화 창(10)으로서,
- 대기측 면(I) 및 주석 도금측 면(II)을 구비한 적어도 하나의 플로트 유리 창(1.1);
- 상기 대기측 면(I) 및/또는 상기 주석 도금측 면(II) 상에 표면처리 방식으로 배열되는 적어도 하나의 보호층(3.1); 및
- 상기 보호층(3.1) 상에 표면처리 방식으로 배열되는 적어도 하나의 방화층(2.1)을 포함하고,
상기 보호층(3.1)은 다층-구조물이며, 금속 도핑 질화규소의 제 1 서브-보호층(3.1a) 및 주석/아연 산화물 또는 도핑된 주석/아연 산화물의 제 2 서브-보호층(3.1b)을 포함하는,
방화 창. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호층(3.1)은 2층 층-구조물인,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 서브-보호층(3.1a)은 상기 플로트 유리 창(1.1) 위에 직접 배열되고, 상기 제 2 서브-보호층(3.1b)은 상기 제 1 서브-보호층(3.1a)과 상기 방화층(2.1) 사이에 배열되는,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보호층(3.1)은 상기 플로트 유리 창(1.1)의 주석 도금측 면(II) 상에만 표면처리 방식으로 배열되는,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 방화층(2.1)은 알칼리성인,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 방화층(2.1)은 알칼리 실리케이트, 알칼리 실리케이트 워터 글래스, 알칼리 인산염, 알칼리 텅스텐산염, 알칼리 몰리브덴산염 및/또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 층 조성물, 바람직하게는 알칼리 폴리실리케이트, 알칼리 폴리인산염, 알칼리 폴리텅스텐산염, 알칼리 폴리몰리브덴산염 및/또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 층 조성물을 포함하고, 상기 알칼리성 요소가 바람직하게는 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬 및/또는 이들의 혼합물이며, 또는, 상기 방화층(2.1)이 가교 결합된 단량체 및/또는 중합체, 바람직하게는 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리-N-메틸아크릴아미드 또는 중합된 2-히드록시-3-메타 크릴옥시프로필 트리메틸 암모늄 클로라이드의 하이드로 겔을 포함하는,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 1 서브-보호층 (3.1a)의 도핑 금속의 부분은 1 중량% 내지 20 중량%, 바람직하게는 3 중량% 내지 7 중량%이고 및/또는 제 1 서브-보호층 (3.1a)의 도핑 금속은 알루미늄인,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 서브-보호층(3.1a)은 5 nm 내지 50 nm, 바람직하게는 8 nm 내지 13 nm의 두께(da)를 갖는,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 2 서브-보호층(3.1b)에서 아연:주석의 비율은 5 중량% : 95 중량% 내지 95 중량% : 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 15 중량% : 85 중량% 내지 70 중량% : 30 중량%인,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 서브-보호층(3.1b)은 적어도 하나의 도핑 요소, 바람직하게는 안티몬, 플루오르, 붕소, 은, 루테늄, 팔라듐, 알루미늄 및 탄탈륨을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 서브-보호층(3.1b)의 도핑 요소의 부분은 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 중량% 내지 2,5 중량%인,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 서브-보호층(3.1b)은 10 nm 내지 50 nm, 바람직하게는 13 nm 내지 21 nm의 두께(db)를 갖는,
방화 창. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 플로트 유리 창(1.1)은 보로실리케이트 유리, 알루모실리케이트 유리, 알칼리 토 실리케이트 유리 또는 소다 석회 유리 및 바람직하게는 EN 572-1:2004에 따른 소다 석회 유리를 포함하고 및/또는 상기 플로트 유리 창(1.1)은 열적으로 예압되거나 부분적으로 예압되고, 및/또는 상기 플로트 유리 창(1.1)은 1 mm 내지 25 mm, 바람직하게는 2 mm 내지 12 mm의 두께(b)를 가지며 및/또는 상기 방화층(3.1)은 0.5 mm 내지 70 mm의 두께(h)를 갖는,
방화 창. - 방화 글레이징(10, 110)으로서, 적어도,
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방화 창(10), 및
- 대기측 면(I) 및 주석 도금측 면(II)을 구비한 플로트 유리 창(1.2)을 포함하고, 여기서
- 대기측 면(I), 또는
- 보호층(3.2)을 통한 상기 주석 도금측 면(II)이
상기 방화 창(10)의 방화층(2.1)에 표면처리 방식으로 연결되는,
방화 글레이징. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 방화 창(10)의 플로트 유리 창(1.1)의 대기측 면(I)은 방화층(2.2)에 표면처리 방식으로 연결되고, 상기 방화층(2.2)은 상기 대기측 면(I)에 표면처리 방식으로 연결되거나 또는 제 3 플로트 유리 창(1.3)의 주석 도금측 면(II)에 추가 보호층(3.3)을 통해 연결되는,
방화 글레이징. - 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 플로트 유리창(1.1) 또는 상기 플로트 유리 창(1.2)은 추가 방화층(2.2) 및 추가 플로트 유리 창(1.3)의 적어도 하나의 적층 배열에 표면처리 방식으로 연결되고, 본 발명에 따른 추가 보호층(3.2)은 각각의 주석 도금측 면(II)과 바로 인접하게 배열된 방화층(2.2) 사이에 배열되는,
방화 글레이징. - 방화 글레이징(100, 101)을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 적어도,
a. 하나의 보호층(3.1)을 플로트 유리 창(1.1)의 주석 도금측 면(II) 상에 증착하는 단계,
b. 상기 플로트 유리 창(1.1) 및 제 2 플로트 유리 창(1.2)을 열적으로 예압하거나 부분적으로 예압하는 단계,
c. 상기 플로트 유리 창(1.1)의 주석 도금측 면(II)과 상기 제 2 플로트 유리 창(1.2) 사이에 몰드 캐비티가 형성되도록, 상기 플로트 유리 창(1.1) 및 상기 제 2 플로트 유리 창(1.2)을 고정된 거리에 유지시키는 단계, 및
d. 방화층(2.1)을 상기 몰드 캐비티 내로 캐스트하여 경화하는 단계를 포함하는,
방화 글레이징 제조 방법. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 방법 단계들이 추가 플로트 유리 창(1.3) 및 추가 방화층(2.2)으로 적어도 한번 반복되는,
방화 글레이징 제조 방법. - 노화에 따른 플로트 유리 창(1.1)의 헤이징을 감소시키기 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플로트 유리 창(1.1)의 주석 도금측 면(II)과 방화층(2.1) 사이에 있는 보호층(3.1)의 용도.
