Claims (4)
- 서지보호기의 건전성 평가장치에 있어서,
상기 평가장치는 DC 15 V의 입력을 받아 최대 1.2 kV의 직류전압을 생성하는 플라이백 컨버터형태의 DC-DC 컨버터(11, converter), 보호모드별 측정을 위한 릴레이부(12), 전압과 전류의 센싱을 위한 측정부 및 마이크로 프로세서(10)를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 측정부는 디바이더 회로(14)와 션트 저항(13)으로 구성되어 전압과 전류를 각각 측정하며, 측정된 전압과 전류는 저역통과필터 및 증폭기로 구성된 신호조정회로(15)를 거쳐 마이크로프로세서(10) 내의 A/D 변환기로 인가되는 것이 특징인 전원용 서지보호기의 건전성 평가장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 평가장치는 상기 A/D 변환기로 변환되어 측정된 전류값이 목표값에 도달될 때까지 출력전압을 PID 컨트롤러를 통해 PWM 듀티비를 조정하여 선형적으로 증가시키고, 출력전압을 증가시키며 측정되는 전류값은 연속적으로 데이터화되며 0.1 mA가 흐를 때의 바리스터 양단전압 및 1mA 전류가 흐를 때의 바리스터 전압을 측정하고 이후 3 mA가 흐를 때까지 계속해서 전압을 증가시켜 상태를 측정하며, 측정된 데이터를 분석하여 바리스터 전압 및 비선형 계수(α)를 측정하고 V-I 특성 곡선을 모니터(16)에 출력하는 것이 특징인 전원용 서지보호기의 건전성 평가장치.
- 서지보호기의 건전성 평가방법에 있어서,
MOV(Metal Oxide Varistor) 소자의 열화를 바리스터 전압으로 판별하되, 정확한 측정을 위해 V-I(전압-전류) 특성곡선을 측정하여 비선형계수(α)의 변화도를 측정하고 이를 이용해서 서지보호기의 건전성을 평가하는 것이 특징인 전원용 서지보호기의 건전성 평가방법.
