도 2는 각종 침탄 담금질재에 있어서의 이뿌리 굽힘 피로 시험에 의한 S-N 곡선이다.
도 3은 각종 침탄 담금질재에 있어서의 기어 면압 피로 시험에 의한 S-N 곡선이다.
Claims (3)
- 프리알로이형 강 분말과, 이 프리알로이형 강 분말 100질량부에 대하여 0.1∼0.5질량부의 흑연 분말을 혼합하고, 소결하고, 전조하고, 침탄 담금질하는 침탄 담금질재의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 프리알로이형 강 분말이,
Mo: 0.8∼1.5질량%와,
Ni: 0.5∼1.4질량% 및/또는 Cr: 0.5∼1.1질량%를 합금 성분으로서 함유하고, 또한 Mo의 함유량 [Mo], Ni의 함유량 [Ni] 및 Cr의 함유량 [Cr]이 하기 (1)식으로 나타내는 Mo·Ni·Cr 밸런스의 관계를 만족하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 침탄 담금질재의 제조 방법.
8.10[Ni]+3.71[Mo]+10.25[Cr]≤14.45 …(1) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 침탄 담금질재가 기어인 침탄 담금질재의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프리알로이형 강 분말은, 해당 강 분말 100질량부에 대하여 0.3질량부의 흑연 분말과 함께 원주 형상의 형에 넣고, 성형체 밀도를 7.5g/cm3로 하여, 온도 1120℃에서 소결했을 때, 표면 경도가 로크웰 B 스케일로 85HRB 이하가 되는 것인 침탄 담금질재의 제조 방법.
