Abstract

본 발명은 해조류 부산물과 곤충을 이용한 어사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 해조류를 건조 및 분쇄한 해조류 분쇄물과 곤충의 성충 또는 애벌레를 저온진공건조하고 분쇄한 곤충 분쇄물을 혼합 및 성형함으로써 물고기의 폐사율을 줄일 수 있고 제조단가가 낮은 어사료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면 낮은 비용으로도 폐사율을 줄일 수 있고 양식 어종의 빠른 성장을 유도할 수 있는 우수한 품질의 어사료를 제조할 수 있다. 특히 본 발명의 어사료 제조방법은 버려지는 해조류 부산물을 이용할 수 있어 제조단가를 낮추는 것 뿐만 아니라 해조류 부산물의 처리에 따른 환경오염문제에도 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대되며, 굼벵이 등 곤충원료를 저온진공건조할 때 부수적으로 발생하는 기름성분을 활용할 수도 있어 부가적인 수입을 창출할 수도 있을 것으로 기대된다.

상기 혼합물을 성형하는 단계;를 포함하는 어사료 제조방법.
