Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing fish food using seaweed byproducts and insects, and more particularly, to a method for producing fish food by using seaweeds by drying and crushing seaweeds, insect adults or larvae of insects by low-temperature vacuum drying, And a method for producing an animal feed having a low manufacturing cost.
In the case of fish, such as flounder and urea, which are in high demand, it is difficult to supply fish on a sufficient scale only by general fishing. However, there are many difficulties with these forms, such as the ability to feed high quality feed and the preference for farming species to be cultivated. Especially, the problem in fish culture is sudden mass death, and the cause of our disease is environmental change such as red tide phenomenon and rapid temperature change, and microbial infection such as viruses can be a cause.
In order to prevent infection caused by infection, antibiotics are used to feed, but there is a problem that the antibiotics used may have harmful effects on the human body. Accordingly, functional foods such as Korean Patent No. 10-1055849 capable of significantly reducing mortality without using antibiotics have been developed.
On the other hand, there is a problem that the cost of fish farming is high because most of the fish farms are expensive. Therefore, there is a continuing need for the development of feeds that are cheaper in price and can fish fish quickly.
The present inventors have conducted various studies to develop fish foods that can solve the problems in the fish culture, and in particular, they have been able to reduce the mortality rate by increasing the immunity of the fish, And to develop feeds that can grow rapidly.
Accordingly, it is a main object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing fish food which can reduce mortality and require a low manufacturing cost.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a seaweed pulp, comprising: drying and pulverizing seaweed to obtain a seaweed pulverized product; Drying and crushing insects or larvae of insects under low temperature vacuum to obtain an insect powder; Mixing the seaweed pulverized material and the insect pulverized material to obtain a mixture; And molding the mixture.
In the present invention, seaweed processing by-products, that is, processing by-products which are processed and remained when producing seaweeds, can be used.
In the method for producing an animal feed according to the present invention, insect adults or larvae of insects can be used as the material of the insect crushing material. In particular, the use of slugs is preferable for producing an animal feed having more excellent effects. Grubs are larvae of beetle species such as cicadas, beetles and beetles.
In the method for preparing an animal feed according to the present invention, the low-temperature vacuum drying is preferably performed at a pressure of 600 to 759 mmHg and a temperature of 30 to 50 ° C for 12 to 48 hours. According to this, moisture and oil can be removed while protein breakage is minimized.
In the method for producing an animal feed of the present invention, it is preferable that the mixing ratio of the crushed seaweed powder and the crushed insect is in a weight ratio of 4: 1 to 9: 1 in order to produce an animal feed having more excellent effects.
In the method for producing fish food according to the present invention, additives other than those of crushed seaweeds and crushed insects, which are usually contained in feeds, may be further mixed. In this case, it is desirable that the proportion of the additive does not exceed 50% of the final fish meal weight.
In the method of manufacturing an animal feed of the present invention, it is preferable that the method further comprises the step of ripening the raw material mixed before the molding step. It is recommended that the mashing be carried out within about 30 seconds at about 90 ~ 110 ℃ so that the sterilization can be achieved while minimizing the deformation of the ingredients contained in the feed ingredients such as proteins. After the dipping process, the steam contains the moisture in the raw material, so that the extrusion molding can be performed more easily.
In the method of manufacturing an animal feed of the present invention, it is preferable to use an extrusion molding method. During the extrusion molding, it is preferable to set the temperature of the cylinder at 110 to 130 占 폚 and apply the pressure of 1.5 to 3 atm. According to this, the shape of the feed can be stably maintained during the packaging and distribution process. It is also preferable to mold it in the form of pellets.
In the method of manufacturing an animal feed of the present invention, it is preferable that the method further comprises drying the formed feed after the forming step. The process of digestion and molding can result in a high amount of moisture in the feed, which can lead to food spoilage by providing conditions that allow the microorganisms to grow easily during the distribution process. It is therefore desirable to remove moisture through an additional drying step. Preferably, the drying is such that the moisture content of the feed is less than 10% (w / w), more preferably less than 8%.
In the method of manufacturing an animal feed according to the present invention, it is preferable to coat the formed feed after the forming step with oils. If a drying step after molding is added, it is preferable to coat after the drying step. As the oil-fats, animal or vegetable oils such as tallow, lard, fish oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, soybean oil and the like may be used.
The fish meal of the present invention can be used for various fish species, but it is particularly preferable to use it for flounder or marine fish culture. The amount of the feed can be appropriately adjusted according to the species of a person skilled in the art (a person skilled in the art).
According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a fish meal of excellent quality which can reduce the mortality rate at a low cost and induce rapid growth of aquacultural species. In particular, the method of preparing the fish meal of the present invention is expected to contribute not only to lowering the production cost but also to the environmental pollution problem due to the treatment of seaweed by-products, because the abandoned algae by-products can be used. It is also expected that it will be possible to utilize the incidental oil component to generate additional income.

And cut into small pieces using a cutter, followed by secondary washing (using a high-pressure washer).
세척된 해조류 가공 부산물을 열풍건조기로 건조한 다음 밀링(milling) 장치를 사용하여 분쇄하고 이물질을 제거하였다(도 1 참조).The washed seaweed processing by-products were dried with a hot-air drier and then milled using a milling machine to remove foreign matter (see FIG. 1).
1-2. Manufacture of slug pulverized water
In this Example, crushed insects were produced using slugs.
The slugs were applied to a low-temperature vacuum dryer and dried under vacuum at about 755 mmHg at about 40 ° C for about 24 hours. The low-temperature vacuum dryer used in this case was equipped with a teaspoon so that the oil component generated during low-temperature vacuum drying of the slugs was dropped to the bottom through the tray. It was confirmed that the slugs that had been dried at a low temperature under vacuum had a moisture content of about 3%.
저온진공건조가 완료된 굼벵이를 밀링(milling) 장치를 사용하여 분쇄하고 이물질을 제거하였다(도 2 참조).The slugs having been subjected to low-temperature vacuum drying were crushed using a milling machine and the foreign matter was removed (see FIG. 2).
1-3. Fish feed manufacturing
The seaweed pulverized product 1-1 and 1-2 slurries were mixed and extruded, and then coated with fish oil to prepare fish meal.
A more detailed method is as follows (see FIG. 3).
Each pulverized material was filtered using a drum sieve and a magnet separator to remove impurities, and the ratio of the crushed seaweed to the crushed grub was weighed in a weight ratio of 4: 1 to 9: 1, followed by primary mixing and pulverizer And crushed. After that, high - resolution screening was performed using 0.8 mm turbo screen. It was matured at about 100 ° C for 30 seconds using steam, extruded at about 120 ° C and 2 atmospheric pressure, and then dried to have a water content of about 8%. After cooling the dried molding, the molding was coated with fish oil (salmon oil) and cleaned to remove the undesired molding.
Experimental Example 1:
The fish prepared in Example 1 were fed and cultured for one year, respectively.
As a result, it was confirmed that the mortality rate was reduced to about 10% when the fish fed the fish of the present invention was fed, compared with about 40% in the case of the conventional fish fed the commercial fish feed.
