도 3에 있어서, (a)는, 본 발명의 실시형태의 적층 구조체의 적층체를 나타내는 모식도이고, (b)는, 투명 도전 부재의 일례를 나타내는 모식적 단면도이며, (c)는, 본 발명의 실시형태의 적층 구조체의 적층체의 일례의 변형예를 나타내는 모식도이다.

Claims (13)
- 보호 부재와,
상기 보호 부재 상에 적어도 1층 형성된 도전층과,
상기 도전층과 전기적으로 접속된 배선을 구비하는 3차원 형상을 갖는 적층체를 갖고,
상기 적층체는, 적어도 평면부와, 상기 평면부에 연속하여 형성된 굴곡부를 구비하며,
상기 배선은, 상기 굴곡부에 인회되어, 상기 굴곡부의 선단에서 가요성을 갖는 배선 부재에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 구조체. - 가요성을 갖는 투명 기판 상에 금속 세선으로 구성된 복수의 도전층을 갖는 투명 도전 부재와,
상기 투명 기판 상에 형성되어, 상기 각 도전층과 전기적으로 접속된 배선과,
광학적으로 투명한 영역을 구비하고, 상기 투명 도전 부재를 보호하기 위한 보호 부재와,
상기 투명 도전 부재와 상기 보호 부재의 사이에 위치하는 광학적으로 투명한 접착제층을 구비하는 3차원 형상을 갖는 적층체를 가지며,
상기 적층체는, 적어도 평면부와, 상기 평면부에 연속하여 형성된 굴곡부를 구비하고,
상기 배선은, 상기 굴곡부에 인회되어, 상기 굴곡부의 선단에서 가요성을 갖는 배선 부재에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 복수의 도전층 중, 상기 굴곡부에 걸쳐 배치되는 도전층에 전기적으로 접속되는 배선의 총 길이가, 다른 한쪽의 도전층에 전기적으로 접속되는 배선의 총 길이보다 짧은 적층 구조체. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배선 부재는, 외부 기기에 접속되는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 2 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 투명 도전 부재는, 상기 보호 부재의 상기 굴곡부의 내측에 배치되어 있는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도전층은, 상기 금속 세선으로 구성된 메시 구조의 도전 패턴을 갖는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 도전층은, 상기 투명 기판의 양면에 형성되어 있는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 2, 청구항 3 및 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도전층은, 상기 투명 기판의 편면에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 도전층이 편면에 형성된 상기 투명 기판이 2개 적층되어 있는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 굴곡부에 인회된 상기 배선은, 상기 굴곡부의 상기 선단에 마련된 단자에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 배선 부재는, 상기 단자에 접속되어 있는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 굴곡부에 인회된 상기 배선은, 상기 굴곡부의 상기 선단에 마련된 복수의 단자에 나뉘어 접속되어 있으며, 상기 배선 부재는, 상기 복수의 단자에 접속되어 있는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 복수의 단자에 접속된 상기 배선 부재는, 상기 복수의 단자의 수에 따른 분기부를 갖는 1개의 배선 부재인 적층 구조체. - 청구항 2 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 투명 도전 부재는, 상기 보호 부재로부터 돌출되어 있는 적층 구조체. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 12 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층 구조체를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널 모듈.
