Description
도 2는 정상뇌조직에서는 발현되지 않으면서 교모세포종조직에서만 발현되는 종양항원을 선별한 것에 관한 것이다.
도 3은 잔기서열 각각에 대하여, T-림프구와의 결합능에 관한 것이다.
도 4는 브랜치드 멀티펩티드의 T-림프구 결합능 및 결합 후 안정성에 관한 것이다.
도 5는 브랜치드 멀티펩티드와 인터페론 감마 분비능의 상관관계에 관한 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 A, B 및 C는 각각 서열번호 1 내지 17로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 A는 서열번호 1 내지 5로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열, 상기 B는 서열번호 6 내지 8로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열 및 상기 C는 서열번호 9 내지 13으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 A는 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열, 상기 B는 서열번호 8의 아미노산 서열 및 상기 C는 서열번호 9의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 Sp는 8-amino-3,6-dioxa-octanoic acid (mini-PEG2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 암 면역치료용 백신.
