Claims (3)
- 방향성 규소강의 슬래브를 1100-1200℃로 가열하고, 그 후 열간압연을 실시하여 열연강판을 얻는 단계;
열연강판 상에, 900-1150℃ 의 어닐링 온도 및 20℃/s-100℃/s 의 어닐링 냉각율로 열연강판에 대한 어닐링 처리를 수행하는 단계;
85% 이상의 냉연 압하율로 열연강판에 냉간 압연을 실시하여, 방향성 규소강 제품의 두께를 가지는 냉연강판을 얻는 단계;
냉연강판에 대한 질화처리를 수행하는 단계; 및,
냉연강판에 어닐링 처리를 실시하여 방향성 규소강 제품을 얻는 단계를 차례로 포함하며;
방향성 규소강의 슬래브는 중량비로 이하의 조성: 2.5-4.0% 의 Si, 0.010-0.040% 의 산용해성 Al, 0.004-0.012% 의 N, 0% 초과이며 0.015% 이하의 S, 0.050-0.075% 의 C, 0.08%-0.18% 의 Mn, 잔부 Fe 및, 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며; 또한
방향성 규소강 제품 내의 입자크기가 5㎜ 미만인 작은 결정립의 면적비가 3% 이하이고, 방향성 규소강 제품 내의 1.5T 의 자기유도하의 자기 전도율에 대한 1.7T 의 자기유도 하의 자기 전도율의 비 μ17/μ15 가 0.55 이상인 방향성 규소강의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
어닐링 처리는, 차례로: 탈탄 어닐링, 어닐링 분리제의 피막, 고온 어닐링, 절연막의 인가, 및 열 스트레칭 레벨링 어닐링을 포함하는 방향성 규소강의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
방향성 규소강 제품내에서 5㎜ 미만의 결정 크기를 가지는 작은 결정립의 면적비가 2% 이하인 방향성 규소강의 제조방법.
