Claims (22)
- 천연 섬유의 로빙 또는 리본, 특히 아마 섬유의 로빙 또는 리본을 함침시키기 위한 결합제로서의, 하나 이상의 비정질 또는 반결정질 중합체를 포함하는 수성 중합체 분산액의 용도로서, 중합체가 하기와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 용도:
- 상기 로빙 또는 상기 리본을 이루는 섬유의 번들의 코어에 혼입되고 이에 따라 상기 섬유를 서로 결합시킴,
- 이것이 비정질인 경우, 50 ℃ 내지 175 ℃, 바람직하게는 80 ℃ 내지 150 ℃ 범위의 Tg 를 갖고, 이것이 반결정질인 경우 70 ℃ 내지 220 ℃ 미만, 바람직하게는 90 ℃ 초과 및 190 ℃ 이하, 더 바람직하게는 100 ℃ 내지 170 ℃ 범위의 용융점을 가짐,
- 5 % 내지 50 % 범위의 중량에 의한 함량으로 상기 분산액 중에 존재하고, 분산액 중의 입자가 10 000 nm 미만, 바람직하게는 50 nm 내지 5000 nm, 더 바람직하게는 50 내지 500 nm 의 범위의 수-평균 크기를 가짐, 및
- 하기로부터 선택됨: 코폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 (공중합체 포함), 폴리올레핀 또는 플루오르화 중합체 (플루오르화 공중합체 포함). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 산 관능기로 관능화된 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 (공중합체 포함) 또는 반응성 관능기와 그라프트된 플루오르화 중합체 (공중합체 포함) 로부터 선택되고, 상기 수성 분산액이 계면활성제의 존재 하에 에멀전 중합에 의해 수득된 수성 분산액이고, 상기 반응성 관능기가 상기 천연 섬유, 더욱 특히 아마 섬유와 반응할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 수성 매질 중에서 사슬 연장과 함께 수중에 분산된 이온성 폴리이소시아네이트 예비중합체로부터 형성된 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 계면활성제 없이 수성 매질 중에 분말 형태로 분산성이거나 분산되고, 바람직하게는 상기 분말 상태의 중합체가 특히 상기 분산액의 제조 동안 수중에서의 중화에 의해 이온성 기 또는 이온성 기의 전구체인 기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 바람직하게는 술폰산 카르복시 말단 기 또는 아민 말단 기를 포함하고, 더 바람직하게는 상기 기의 함량이 50 내지 500 μeq/g, 특히 100 내지 250 μeq/g 범위인 코폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리아미드가 산, 바람직하게는 브뢴스테드 산 (이는 더 바람직하게는 인을 포함함) 에 의해 암모늄 형태로 중성화된, 아민 기, 바람직하게는 1차 아민 기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리아미드가 염기에 의해 염 형태로 중성화되는 카르복시 기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리아미드가 반결정질이고 용융점이 150 ℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리아미드가 하기 단위 중 하나 이상을 포함하고: 5.9, 5.10, 5.12, 5.13, 5.14, 5.16, 5.18, 5.36, 6, 6.9, 6.10, 6.12, 6.13, 6.14, 6.16, 6.18, 6.36, 9, 10.6, 10.9, 10.10, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, 10.16, 10.18, 10.36, 11, 12, 12.6, 12.9, 12.10, 12.12, 12.13, 12.14, 12.16, 12.18, 12.36, 6.6/6, 11/10.10 및 이의 혼합물, 바람직하게는 11, 12, 10.10, 6, 6.10, 6.12, 10.12, 6.14, 6.6/6, 11/10.10 및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 단위 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리아미드가 하기: PA 6/6.6/12, PA 6/6.6/11/12, PA 6/12, PA 6.9/12, PA Pip.9/Pip.12/11, PA 6/IPD.6/12, PA IPD.9/12, PA6/MPMD.12/12, PA 6/6.12/12, PA 6/6.10/12, PA 6/Pip.12/12, PA 6/6.6/6.10/6.I, PA 6.10/Pip.10/Pip.12, PA 6/11/12, PA Pip.12/12, PA IPD.10/12, PA Pip.10/12, PA 6/11, PA Pip.10/11/Pip.9, PA 6/6.6/6.10, PA 6/6.10/6.12 및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리아미드가 반방향족 비정질이고, 하기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도:

- 12/ 가 9/, 10/, 6.10/, 6.12/, 10.6/, 10.10/, 10.12/, 9.10/ 및 9.12/ 로 대체되는, 상기 삼원중합체 폴리아미드,
- 이소프탈산 (I) 이 테레프탈산 (T), 나프탈렌-2,6-디카르복시산 및/또는 1,3- 또는 1,4-CHDA (시클로헥산디카르복시산) 으로 40 mol% 이하로 일부 대체되고, 선형 지방족 디아민 모두 또는 이 중 일부가 가능하게는 분지형 지방족 디아민, 바람직하게는 그 중에서 트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민 TMD, 메틸펜타메틸렌디아민 MPMD, 메틸옥타메틸렌디아민 (MOMD) 으로 대체되거나, 시클로지방족 디아민, 바람직하게는 그 중에서 BMACM, BACM 및/또는 IPD, 또는 아릴지방족 디아민, 바람직하게는 m- 또는 p-자일릴렌디아민으로 대체되는, 상기 언급된 모든 폴리아미드,
- 이소프탈산 (I) 이 선형 또는 분지형 C6 내지 C18 지방족 2산으로 일부 또는 완전히 대체되고, 동시에 지방족 디아민이 시클로지방족 디아민, 그 중에서 BMACM, BACM 및/또는 IPD 로 완전히 또는 일부 대체되는, 상기 언급된 모든 폴리아미드. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 90 ℃ 초과, 바람직하게는 100 ℃ 이상의 용융점 Mp 를 갖는 반결정질이고, 상기 분산액의 입자가 50 내지 5000 nm, 바람직하게는 50 내지 500 nm 범위의 수-평균 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 + 중합체의 건조 중량에 대한 상기 중합체의 건조 중량에 의한 함량이 0.5 % 내지 50 % 미만의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 중량에 의한 함량이 0.5 % 내지 10 % 범위이고, 상기 함침이 사이징에 추가로 상기 섬유의 서로에 대한 압밀 (consolidation) 로 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 함량이 25 % 초과 및 50 % 미만, 바람직하게는 30 % 내지 45 % 이고, 상기 함침이 상기 섬유를 압밀시키고 또한 복합 재료의 제작에 사용될 수 있는 상기 섬유의 프리프레그를 제조하는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23 ℃ 에서 상기 분산액의 점도가 10 내지 1000 mPa.s 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 바이오기반 (biobased) 이고, 특히 바이오기반 단량체를 기반으로 하는 (코)폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 L/D 가 2000 초과인 긴 섬유, 특히 긴 아마 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로빙 또는 리본이 10 내지 10 000, 바람직하게는 100 내지 4000, 보다 더 바람직하게는 500 내지 1500 범위의 텍스를 갖는 아마 섬유를 기반으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그에 따라 처리된 상기 섬유의 로빙 또는 리본이 중합체 매트릭스 복합물, 특히 열가소성 매트릭스 복합물, 더욱 특히 폴리아미드 열가소성 매트릭스, 보다 더욱 특히 PA 11, PA 10.10, PA 6.10 및 PA 10.I/6.I 기반의 폴리아미드 매트릭스의 제작을 위한, 낮은 선형 밀도의 보강 섬유, 특히 보강 아마 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 처리 분산액의 상기 중합체가 상기 복합 재료의 상기 매트릭스에 따라 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 20 항 또는 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 상기 복합 재료의 상기 열가소성 매트릭스 중합체와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
