Abstract
또한, 투기 방지를 위한 추가적인 코팅이 필요 없으므로 물성 저하가 발생하지 않는다. 따라서, 물성저하가 발생하지 않으므로, 물성 저하를 감안한 설계가 필요 없으므로 원가절감을 할 수 있으며, 코팅 공정의 원가도 발생되지 않는 장점이 존재한다.

Claims (6)
- 제1 고융점사로 형성되는 상층부;
저융점사로 형성되는 중간층부; 및
제2 고융점사로 형성되는 하층부;를 포함하며, 상기 상층부, 상기 중간층부 및 상기 하층부 상호간에 위사 또는 경사로 결합되도록 직조한 직물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저융점사는 저융점 필라멘트; 저융점 수지가 외면에 코팅된 고융점 필라멘트; 저융점 수지가 외면에 코팅된 불융 필라멘트; 고융점 필라멘트와 저융점 필라멘트의 혼합 필라멘트; 및 불융 필라멘트와 저융점 필라멘트의 혼합 필라멘트; 중에서 1 종 또는 2 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물. - 상기 제1항 또는 제2항의 직물을 포함하여 이루어진 에어백
- 동시에 직조되며 서로 분리된 2 이상의 직물층을 포함하는 기체에 의한 팽창성 다중직물에 있어서,
상기 직물층은, 제1 고융점사로 형성되는 상층부; 저융점사로 형성되는 중간층부; 및 제2 고융점사로 형성되는 하층부;를 포함하며, 상기 상층부, 상기 중간층부 및 상기 하층부 상호간에 위사 또는 경사로 결합되도록 직조되는 직물층인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중직물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 저융점사는 저융점 필라멘트; 저융점 수지가 외면에 코팅된 고융점 필라멘트; 저융점 수지가 외면에 코팅된 불융 필라멘트; 고융점 필라멘트와 저융점 필라멘트의 혼합 필라멘트; 및 불융 필라멘트와 저융점 필라멘트의 혼합 필라멘트; 중에서 1 종 또는 2 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중직물. - 상기 제4항 또는 제5항의 다중직물을 포함하여 이루어진 에어백.
