Claims (15)
- 폴리아미드 수지(A)를 연속상으로서, 수지(B)를 분산상으로서 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어진 연료 배리어층을 갖는 성형체로서,
폴리아미드 수지(A)가, 탄소수 10~12의 락탐 유래의 구성단위 및 탄소수 10~12의 아미노카르본산 유래의 구성단위 중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지(A1), 또는, 탄소수 6~12의 지방족 디아민 유래의 구성단위 및 탄소수 10~12의 지방족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위를 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지(A2)이고,
수지(B)가, 반방향족계 폴리아미드 수지로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 수지이고,
폴리아미드 수지(A):수지(B)의 체적비율이 95:5~51:49의 범위이고,
수지(B)의 평균분산입자경이 150nm 이상인 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
반방향족계 폴리아미드 수지가,
디아민구성단위의 70몰% 이상이 메타자일릴렌디아민에서 유래하고, 디카르본산구성단위의 70몰% 이상이 탄소수 4~8의 α,ω-직쇄지방족 디카르본산에서 유래하는 구성단위를 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지(B1), 또는,
디아민구성단위의 70몰% 이상이 탄소수 9~12의 지방족 디아민에서 유래하고, 디카르본산구성단위의 70몰% 이상이 테레프탈산에서 유래하는 구성단위를 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지(B2)인 성형체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
폴리아미드 수지(A)가, 폴리아미드 11, 폴리아미드 12, 폴리아미드 10, 10, 폴리아미드 10, 12, 폴리아미드 6, 11, 및 폴리아미드 6, 12로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 1개 이상인 성형체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수지(B)가, 폴리메타자일릴렌아디프아미드인 성형체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
성형체가, 통상 구조체인 성형체.
- 제5항에 있어서,
통상 구조체가, 연료용 튜브, 연료용 파이프, 연료용 호스, 또는 커넥터인 성형체.
- 폴리아미드 수지(A) 및 수지(B)를, 실린더와 스크류를 갖는 압출기를 이용하여, 폴리아미드 수지(A)를 연속상으로서, 수지(B)를 분산상으로서 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어진 연료 배리어층을 갖는 성형체의 제조방법으로서,
압출기가 단축압출기이고,
폴리아미드 수지(A)가, 탄소수 10~12의 락탐 유래의 구성단위 및 탄소수 10~12의 아미노카르본산 유래의 구성단위 중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지(A1), 또는, 탄소수 6~12의 지방족 디아민 유래의 구성단위 및 탄소수 10~12의 지방족 디카르본산 유래의 구성단위를 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지(A2)이고,
수지(B)가, 반방향족계 폴리아미드 수지로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 수지이고,
폴리아미드 수지(A) 및 수지(B)를, 폴리아미드 수지(A):수지(B)의 체적비율이 95:5~51:49가 되는 범위에서 드라이블렌드하고, 단축압출기로, 폴리아미드 수지(A) 및 수지(B)를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어진 연료 배리어층을 압출하는 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
반방향족계 폴리아미드 수지가,
디아민구성단위의 70몰% 이상이 메타자일릴렌디아민에서 유래하고, 디카르본산구성단위의 70몰% 이상이 탄소수 4~8의 α,ω-직쇄지방족 디카르본산에서 유래하는 구성단위를 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지(B1), 또는,
디아민구성단위의 70몰% 이상이 탄소수 9~12의 지방족 디아민에서 유래하고, 디카르본산구성단위의 70몰% 이상이 테레프탈산에서 유래하는 구성단위를 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지(B2)인 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
폴리아미드 수지(A)가, 폴리아미드 11, 폴리아미드 12, 폴리아미드 10, 10, 폴리아미드 10, 12, 폴리아미드 6, 11, 및 폴리아미드 6, 12로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 1개 이상인 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수지(B)가, 폴리메타자일릴렌아디프아미드인 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단축압출기의 스크류가, 풀플라이트스크류인 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단축압출기의 스크류의 직경 D에 대한 스크류의 유효길이 L의 비 L/D가, 20~40인 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단축압출기의 스크류가 공급부와 계량부를 가지며, 또한, 공급부의 스크류의 단면적(F)과 계량부의 스크류의 단면적(M)의 비(F/M)가, 2.0~3.5인 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단축압출기의 실린더의 온도가, 수지(B)의 융점 Tm~수지(B)의 융점 Tm+50℃의 범위인 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
성형체가, 통상 구조체인 성형체의 제조방법.
