Claims (9)
- 코어부와 코어부를 완전하게 덮는 시스부로 이루어지는 복합섬유로써,
코어부의 폴리머는 2종류 이상의 열가소성 폴리머로 이루어지는 폴리머 알로이이고, 상기 폴리머 알로이는 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀 및 상용화제로 이루어지고, 상기 폴리머 알로이는 바다상이 폴리에스테르, 섬상이 폴리올레핀의 해도구조를 형성한 것이고, 시스부의 폴리머는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마찰 용융성 포백용 복합섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1종류의 폴리머인 내마찰 용융성 포백용 복합섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 코어부의 폴리머의 폴리에스테르와 폴리올레핀의 질량비율이 95:5∼55:45인 내마찰 용융성 포백용 복합섬유.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합섬유로 이루어지는 가연가공사.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 신축 복원율이 20% 이상인 가연가공사.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 잔류 토크가 30T/m이상인 가연가공사.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강도가 3.0cN/dtex 이상, 신도가 20% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가연가공사.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어부의 폴리머는 2종류 이상의 열가소성 폴리머로 이루어지는 폴리머 알로이이고, 상기 폴리머 알로이는 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀 및 상용화제로 이루어지고, 상기 폴리머 알로이는 바다상이 폴리에스테르, 섬상이 폴리올레핀의 해도구조를 형성한, 코어부가 섬유표면에 노출하지 않는 복합섬유를 사용해서, 히터 온도가 180∼220℃, 꼬임 수가 2000∼4000T/m의 조건으로 가연가공하는 가연가공사의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합섬유 또는 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 가연가공사를 적어도, 일부에 사용한 내마찰 용융성 포백.
