Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 다당류가 트리멜리트산 무수물과 에스테르화되고, 다당류의 치환도가 0.5 내지 3 의 범위인, 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다당류의 치환도가 1 내지 2.5 의 범위인 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 다당류가 이눌린, 말토덱스트린, 자일로글루칸, 알기네이트, 전분 또는 이의 혼합물인 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다당류가 이눌린이고, 이눌린의 평균 사슬 길이가 3 내지 100 프럭토오스 단위의 범위인 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다당류가 이눌린이고, 이눌린의 평균 사슬 길이가 10 내지 40 프럭토오스 단위의 범위인 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르를 제조하는 방법:
i) 다당류를 유기 용매 중에서 트리멜리트산 무수물 및 촉매와 혼합하는 단계 (이때, 트리멜리트산 무수물 대 단당류 단위의 몰비는 1:2 내지 4:1 의 범위임);
ii) 단계 i) 에서 수득된 용액을 20℃ 내지 100℃ 범위의 온도에서 1 시간 내지 10 시간 동안 교반하는 단계;
iii) 수산화나트륨 및 알코올의 혼합물을 단계 ii) 에서 수득된 반응 혼합물에 첨가함으로써, 단계 ii) 에서 수득된 에스테르화 중합체를 침전시키는 단계. - 제 6 항에 있어서, 용매가 피리딘, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸 술폭시드 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 촉매가 1-메틸-이미다졸인 방법.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르를 제조하는 방법:
i) 다당류를 1-메틸-이미다졸을 임의 포함하는 알칼리 수용액 및 물과 혼합하는 단계;
ii) 단계 i) 에서 수득된 용액을 트리멜리트산 무수물과 0℃ 내지 50℃ 범위의 온도에서 1 시간 내지 10 시간 동안 교반하는 단계 (이때, 반응은 8 내지 9 의 pH 에서 수행되고, 트리멜리트산 무수물 대 단당류 단위의 몰비는 1:2 내지 4:1 의 범위임);
iii) 동결건조, 분무 건조 또는 분무 과립화에 의해 단계 ii) 에서 수득된 중합체를 임의 침전시키는 단계. - 다당류를 촉매의 존재 하에 압출기 또는 반죽기에서 트리멜리트산 무수물과 반응시키는 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르를 제조하는 방법으로서, 트리멜리트산 무수물 대 단당류 단위의 몰비가 1:2 내지 4:1 의 범위인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 다당류를 비이온성 계면활성제의 존재 하에 반응시키는 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 촉매가 1-메틸-이미다졸인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르를 포함하는 수용액.
- 0.1 중량% 내지 약 10 중량%의 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르, 및 1 중량% 내지 약 70 중량%의 하나 이상의 계면활성제를 포함하는 세탁 세정 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르를 포함하는 분말.
- 0.1 중량% 내지 약 15 중량%의 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다당류의 카르복실레이트 에스테르, 0.1 중량% 내지 30 중량%의 표백제 및 임의적으로는 표백 활성제, 및 1 중량% 내지 약 30 중량%의 하나 이상의 계면활성제를 포함하는 자동 식기세척 세제 조성물.
