Abstract
상기 방법에 의해 제조된 복주머니 김밥은 다양한 재료를 포함하여 영양분이 풍부하며, 김에 의해 김밥속이 감싸져 김밥속의 쏟아짐이 방지되며, 김밥속의 공기 노출을 방지하여 수분 증발을 방지할 수 있어 김밥속의 건조됨 없이 장시간 보관이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 섭취를 위한 별도의 도구가 필요없어 간편하다.
또한, 디자인면에서도 눈에 띄는 미감을 가져 다양한 맛을 즐기기 원하는 소비자의 욕구와 미적 호기심을 충족시킬 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- (a) 김밥속 재료를 양념 및 밥과 혼합하여 김밥속을 제조하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 단계(a)에서 제조된 김밥속을 마른 김의 상면에 위치시킨 후, 상기 마른 김의 가장자리를 김밥속이 포함되도록 일측면으로 모아 묶음 수단으로 결속시켜 복주머니 형상의 김밥을 제조하는 단계
를 포함하는 복주머니 김밥의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)의 김밥속 재료가 콩나물, 버섯, 오이, 당근, 우엉, 햄, 맛살, 어묵, 단무지, 꽁치, 참치, 달걀 지단, 닭고기, 돼지고기, 소고기 및 오리고기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 세절하거나, 볶은 후 세절하거나, 세절하여 볶아 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 복주머니 김밥의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)의 세절이 상기 김밥속 재료의 가로, 세로 및 높이가 독립적으로 1 내지 10 mm가 되도록 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복주머니 김밥의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)의 묶음 수단이 시금치, 미나리, 쑥갓, 파 및 부추로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복주머니 김밥의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제조된 복주머니 김밥.
