Abstract
본 발명에 따른 부직포 및 원단은 태양광에 의해 발열하므로 별도의 발열장치가 없어도 발열 및 보온 효과를 얻을 수 있고 보온 유지성이 우수하며, 발열효과를 제공하는 입자가 항균력을 가지므로 부직포 및 원단에 항균 기능이 부여되며, 또한 상기 항균 발열 입자가 방사액 중에 균일하게 분산되어 섬유를 구성하는 수지와 결합하고 있어서 세탁 등의 외력에 의해 섬유로부터 이탈되지 않으므로 장기간 사용하여도 지속적으로 항균 및 발열효과를 제공할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 항균성 발열 보온 부직포를 한국의류시험연구원에 의뢰하여 항균성을 측정한 시험성적서이다.
도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 다층구조 원단과 일반 폴리에틸렌 부직포 원단을 사용하여 제작된 비닐하우스 형태의 터널 내부의 온도변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (13)
- 탄소화합물 25~95 중량%;와 산화제일철, 산화제이철 및 사산화삼철로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나의 산화철화합물 5~75 중량%;로 구성되고 입자크기가 10 ㎚~100 ㎛이며 주파수 300 ㎒~300 ㎔의 장파장 파에 의해 발열하는 산화철-탄소 조성물을 1~10 중량% 함유하는 섬유로 이루어진 항균성 발열 보온 부직포.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소화합물은 카본블랙, 숯 분말, 탄소분말, 흑연분말, 탄소섬유분말, 탄소나노튜브 및 그라핀으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 발열 보온 부직포. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화철-탄소 조성물은 산화알루미늄, 산화칼슘, 산화마그네슘, 산화아연, 이산화망간, 이산화규소 및 이산화티탄으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나의 금속산화물을 조성물 전체중량 기준 1~50 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 발열 보온 부직포. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화철화합물은 구형도 0.5 이상의 구형입자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 발열 보온 부직포. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 섬유는 메탈 알콕사이드 커플링제 0.2~2.0 중량%를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 발열 보온 부직포. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 메탈 알콕사이드 커플링제는 티탄산염, 알루민산염 및 규산염으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 발열 보온 부직포. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화철-탄소 조성물은 방사액에 혼합되어 방사되는 과정을 통하여 섬유에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 발열 보온 부직포. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 섬유는 섬도가 0.5~5.0 데니어이고 섬유장이 20~60 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 발열 보온 부직포. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항의 항균성 발열 보온 부직포를 평량 85~425 g/㎡로 적층하고 그 상하에 평량 50~60 g/㎡의 폴리에스테르 부직포를 일체로 결합한 다층구조의 원단.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 상하의 폴리에스테르 부직포 외부에 각각 120~180 데니어의 폴리에스테르 섬유로 이루어진 옥스퍼드 원단이 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조의 원단. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 추가된 상하 옥스퍼드 원단 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 모두의 표면은 알루미늄 또는 폴리우레탄으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조의 원단. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 상하의 폴리에스테르 부직포 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 모두는 흑색의 폴리에스테르 섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조의 원단. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 상하의 폴리에스테르 부직포 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 모두는 알루미늄 또는 폴리우레탄으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조의 원단.
