Claims (15)
- 표시 패널,
상기 표시 패널 위에 위치하는 터치 감지층, 및
상기 터치 감지층 위에 위치하며 접착층에 의해 상기 터치 감지층과 결합되는 윈도우를 포함하고,
상기 접착층은 두께가 상이한 영역을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 표시 장치는 가요성(flexible) 장치이며,
굽힘 가능한 벤딩 영역, 및 평탄한 평탄 영역을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 벤딩 영역에 위치하는 상기 접착층의 두께는 상기 평탄 영역에 위치하는 상기 접착층의 두께보다 두꺼운 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 벤딩 영역에 위치하는 상기 접착층의 두께는 상기 평탄 영역에 위치하는 상기 접착층의 두께의 120% 내지 180%인 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 벤딩 영역에 위치하는 상기 접착층의 두께는 200μm 이하인 표시 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 벤딩 영역에 위치하는 상기 베이스 필름의 두께는 상기 평탄 영역에 위치하는 상기 베이스 필름의 두께보다 얇은 표시 장치. - 제6항에서,
상기 벤딩 영역에 위치하는 상기 베이스 필름의 두께는 상기 평탄 영역에 위치하는 상기 베이스 필름의 두께의 20% 내지 80%인 표시 장치. - 제7항에서,
상기 접착층은 제1 접착제를 포함하며,
상기 제1 접착층의 탄성 계수는 0.001 MPa 내지 100 MPa인 표시 장치. - 제8항에서
상기 제1 접착제의 재질은 규소 계열인 표시 장치. - 제8항에서,
상기 접착층은 제2 접착제를 포함하며,
상기 제2 접착제의 탄성 계수는 20 MPa 내지 1 Gpa인 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 제2 접착제의 재질은 아크릴레이트 계열인 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 접착층은,
상기 벤딩 영역에 위치하는 상기 제1 접착제, 및
상기 평탄 영역에 위치하는 상기 제2 접착제를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 접착층은,
상기 벤딩 영역에 위치하는 상기 제2 접착제, 및
상기 평탄 영역에 위치하는 상기 제1 접착제를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 접착층은 상기 벤딩 영역 및 상기 평탄 영역에 위치하는 상기 제1 접착제를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제10항에서,
상기 접착층은 상기 벤딩 영역 및 상기 평탄 영역에 위치하는 상기 제2 접착제를 포함하는 표시 장치.
