Abstract
(식 중, R1 및 R2는, 탄소수 1~24의 탄화수소기 혹은 치환 탄화수소기 또는 헤테로 원자 함유기를 나타내고, 서로 동일해도 상이해도 되며, Z는 탄소 원자 또는 탄소쇄를 개재하여 결합하는 결합성기를 나타낸다.)로 표시되는 카보네이트 화합물 및 디에테르 화합물을 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분을 포함하는 촉매의 존재 하에 프로필렌의 호모 중합을 행하면, 고입체 규칙성이며 고활성의 촉매 성능을 나타내며, 수소 응답성이 양호하고, 또한 랜덤 공중합이나 블록 공중합에 있어서도 우수한 중합 거동을 나타낸다.

Claims (16)
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소수 1~24의 탄화수소기 혹은 치환 탄화수소기가, 직쇄상 알킬기, 분기 알킬기, 비닐기, 직쇄상 알케닐기 혹은 분기 알케닐기, 직쇄상 할로겐 치환 알킬기, 분기 할로겐 치환 알킬기, 직쇄상 할로겐 치환 알케닐기, 분기 할로겐 치환 알케닐기, 시클로알킬기, 시클로알케닐기, 할로겐 치환 시클로알킬기, 할로겐 치환 시클로알케닐기, 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 할로겐 치환 방향족 탄화수소기인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 고체 촉매 성분. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 헤테로 원자 함유기가, 결합 말단이 탄소 원자인 질소 원자 함유 탄화수소기, 결합 말단이 탄소 원자인 산소 원자 함유 탄화수소기, 결합 말단이 탄소 원자인 인 함유 탄화수소기 또는 규소 함유 탄화수소기인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 고체 촉매 성분. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 에테르 화합물 (B)가, 1,3-디에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 고체 촉매 성분. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 1,3-디에테르가, 하기 일반식 (3);
(식 중, R8 및 R9는 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기, 비닐기, 탄소수 3~12의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3~12의 시클로알킬기 혹은 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 6~12의 방향족 탄화수소기 혹은 할로겐 치환 방향족 탄화수소기, 치환기를 가지는 탄소수 7~12의 방향족 탄화수소기, 탄소수 1~12의 알킬아미노기 또는 탄소수 2~12의 디알킬아미노기를 나타내고, 동일 또는 상이해도 되며, 서로 결합하여 환을 형성해도 된다. R7 및 R10은 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기, 비닐기, 탄소수 3~12의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3~6의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 6~12의 방향족 탄화수소기 혹은 할로겐 치환 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 치환기를 가지는 탄소수 7~12의 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타내고, 동일 또는 상이해도 된다.)으로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 고체 촉매 성분. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 에테르 화합물 (B)가, 2-이소프로필-2-이소펜틸-1,3-디메톡시프로판, 2-이소프로필-2-이소부틸-1,3-디메톡시프로판 또는 9,9-비스(메톡시메틸)플루오렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 고체 촉매 성분. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 에테르 화합물 (B)는, 0.02밀리몰/그램 고체 촉매 성분 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 고체 촉매 성분. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 카보네이트 화합물 (A)와 상기 에테르 화합물 (B)의 몰비가 2.5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 고체 촉매 성분. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
또한, (III) 외부 전자 공여성 화합물을 접촉시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 촉매. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 (III)의 외부 전자 공여성 화합물이, 하기 일반식 (5);
(식 중, R12는 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기, 비닐기, 알릴기, 아랄킬기, 탄소수 3~12의 시클로알킬기, 페닐기, 탄소수 1~12의 알킬아미노기, 탄소수 1~12의 디알킬아미노기 중 어느 하나이며, q는 0<q≤3의 정수이고, q가 2 이상인 경우, 복수의 R12는 동일해도 상이해도 된다. R13은 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기, 탄소수 3~6의 시클로알킬기, 페닐기, 비닐기, 알릴기, 아랄킬기를 나타내고, 복수의 R13은 동일해도 상이해도 된다.) 및, 하기 일반식 (6);
(식 중, R14와 R15는 수소 원자, 탄소수 1~20의 직쇄 알킬기 또는 탄소수 3~20의 분기상 알킬기, 비닐기, 아랄킬기, 탄소수 3~20의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3~20의 시클로알킬기 혹은 시클로알케닐기, 또는 탄소수 6~20의 아릴기이며, R14와 R15는 동일해도 상이해도 되며, 또 R14와 R15가 서로 결합하여 환을 형성해도 된다. R16은 탄소수 1~20의 직쇄 알킬기 또는 탄소수 3~20의 분기상 알킬기, 비닐기, 아랄킬기, 탄소수 3~12의 알케닐기, 탄소수 3~20의 시클로알킬기, 또는 탄소수 6~20의 아릴기이며, R16이 복수 있는 경우, 복수의 R16은 동일해도 상이해도 된다. s는 1 내지 3의 정수이다.)으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 유기 규소 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합용 촉매. - 청구항 11 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 올레핀류 중합용 촉매의 존재 하에 올레핀류의 중합을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 올레핀류의 중합이, 프로필렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 15에 있어서,
프로필렌 단독의 중합 혹은 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 공중합 후, 프로필렌과 에틸렌, 혹은 프로필렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀류 중합체의 제조 방법.
