통신망을 통하여 복수 개의 회원 단말기들 각각으로 제공되는 다양한 내용의 강의 운동 동영상을 구비하는 퍼스널 트레이닝 서비스 서버를 포함하되;
상기 퍼스널 트레이닝 서비스 서버는;
통신망을 통해 회원 단말기로 상기 강의 운동 동영상을 제공하고, 상기 회원 단말기로부터 상기 강의 운동 동영상을 시청하면서 동시에 상기 회원 단말기의 사용자 자신이 상기 강의 운동 동영상을 따라하면서 촬영한 회원 운동 동영상이 전송되면, 트레이너 단말기 또는 관리자 단말기로 상기 회원 운동 동영상을 제공하고, 상기 트레이너 단말기 또는 상기 관리자 단말기로부터 상기 회원 운동 동영상에 대한 피드백 정보가 등록되면, 상기 통신망을 통하여 상기 회원 단말기로 상기 피드백 정보를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 휘트니스 관리 시스템.

상기 회원 단말기로부터 선택 및 구매한 상기 강의 운동 동영상과, 상기 퍼스널 트레이닝 서비스 서버에서 제공하는 휘트니스 강의 및 휘트니스 프로그램에 대한 결제를 처리하는 결제 처리 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 휘트니스 관리 시스템.

상기 퍼스널 트레이닝 서비스 서버가 상기 회원 단말기로부터 상기 강의 운동 동영상에 대응되고 회원 자신이 운동하는 내용으로 촬영된 회원 운동 동영상을 전송받는 단계와;
상기 퍼스널 트레이닝 서비스 서버가 상기 회원 단말기로부터 전송된 상기 회원 운동 동영상을 트레이너 단말기 또는 관리자 단말기로 전송하는 단계와;
상기 트레이너 단말기 또는 상기 관리자 단말기가 상기 퍼스널 트레이닝 서비스 서버로부터 전송된 상기 회원 운동 동영상을 확인하여, 회원의 운동 상황을 모니터링하도록 처리하는 단계 및;
상기 트레이너 단말기 또는 상기 관리자 단말기가 상기 회원 운동 동영상을 모니터링한 결과에 대한 피드백 정보를 상기 통신망을 통하여 상기 회원 단말기로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 휘트니스 관리 시스템의 처리 방법.
