Abstract
(A)열가소성 수지(a-1)와 상기 열가소성 수지(a-1)와 같은 종류의 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 섬유 또는 테이프(a-2)에 의해 강화된 자기 강화 시트
(B)불연속 탄소 섬유로 이루어지는 랜덤 매트(b-1)와 열가소성 수지(b-2)에 의해 강화된 강화 시트
Description
도 2는 실시형태 1에 의한 프리폼의 예를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 3은 실시형태 1에 의한 프리폼에 있어서의 불연속 탄소 섬유의 분산 상태의 일례를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 4는 본 실시형태 2의 시트 재료를 구성하는 불연속 탄소 섬유로 이루어지는 랜덤 매트와 열가소성 수지 필름으로 이루어지는 강화 시트(B-1)와 자기 강화 시트(A)의 적층 구성의 일례를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 5는 본 실시형태 2의 시트 재료를 구성하는 불연속 탄소 섬유로 이루어지는 랜덤 매트에 열가소성 수지 필름이 함침해서 이루어지는 강화 시트(B-2)와 자기 강화 시트(A)의 적층 구성의 일례를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 6은 도 4 또는 도 5에 나타내는 적층 구성의 강화 시트(B-1) 또는 (B-2)와, 자기 강화 시트(A)를 일체화해서 이루어지는 시트 재료의 적층 구성을 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 7은 본 실시형태 2의 시트 재료에 접착성 수지(C)로 이루어지는 필름을 부착한 시트 재료를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 8은 본 실시형태 2의 변형예에 있어서의 일체화 시트 재료의 일례를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 9는 실시예 및 비교예에서 사용하는 인장 전단 시험편을 나타내는 사시도이다.

Claims (18)
- 열가소성 수지를 매트릭스 수지로 하고, 또한 하기에 나타내는 (A) 및 (B)가 각각 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
(A) 열가소성 수지(a-1)와 그 열가소성 수지(a-1)와 같은 종류의 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 섬유 또는 테이프(a-2)에 의해 강화된 자기 강화 시트
(B) 불연속 탄소 섬유로 이루어지는 랜덤 매트(b-1)와 열가소성 수지(b-2)로 이루어지는 강화 시트 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 시트(B)는 상기 불연속 탄소 섬유로 이루어지는 랜덤 매트(b-1)에 상기 열가소성 수지(b-2)가 함침된 것인 프리폼. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 불연속 탄소 섬유로 이루어지는 랜덤 매트(b-1)는 상기 열가소성 수지(b-2)와 상기 자기 강화 시트(A) 사이에 배치되어서 이루어지는 프리폼. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 시트(B) 및 상기 자기 강화 시트(A)는 복수 적층되어서 이루어지는 프리폼. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불연속 탄소 섬유의 평균 섬유 길이는 50㎜ 이하인 프리폼. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 랜덤 매트(b-1) 중의 상기 불연속 탄소 섬유의 분산율은 90% 이상이며, 상기 불연속 탄소 섬유의 배향 각도 분포의 상대 도수의 최대값이 0.25 미만이며, 또한 최소값이 0.090 이상인 프리폼. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 시트(B)를 구성하는 열가소성 수지(b-2)는 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리아릴렌술피드 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 수지인 프리폼. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 시트(B)를 구성하는 열가소성 수지(b-2)는 폴리올레핀계 수지인 프리폼. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자기 강화 시트(A)를 구성하는 열가소성 수지(a-1) 및 섬유 또는 테이프(a-2)는 모두 폴리올레핀계 수지인 프리폼. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지(a-1)의 피크 용융 온도는 상기 섬유 또는 테이프(a-2)의 피크 용융 온도보다 낮은 프리폼. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리폼을 적층 일체화한 것인 시트 재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 시트(B)의 두께는 500㎛ 이하인 시트 재료. - 제 11 항에 기재된 시트 재료를 복수 적층하여 일체화한 것인 시트 재료.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 시트(B)의 두께는 500㎛ 이하인 시트 재료. - 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 기재된 시트 재료와, 제 2 시트 재료로 이루어지는 일체화 시트 재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 시트 재료가 열가소성 수지를 매트릭스 수지로 하는 시트 재료인 일체화 시트 재료. - 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 기재된 시트 재료와, 제 2 시트 재료로 이루어지는 일체화 시트 재료.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 시트 재료는 열가소성 수지를 매트릭스 수지로 하는 시트 재료인 일체화 시트 재료.
