Claims (9)
압출기의 진행방향에 따라, 1차 투입구, 1차 벤트구간, 2차 투입구, 1차 혼련구간 및 2차 벤트구간이 차례로 형성되어 있고,
상기 1차 벤트구간은 별도의 장치 없이 오픈된 벤트이며,
상기 2차 벤트구간은 수증기만 선택적으로 뽑아낼 수 있는 장치가 구비된 구간이고,
상기 1차 벤트구간 및 2차 벤트구간에서 수분을 제거하고,
상기 1차 벤트구간에서 제거되는 수분량이 전체 수분량의 60 내지 90중량%이며, 상기 2차 벤트구간에서 제거되는 수분량이 전체 수분량의 10 내지 40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
상기 1차 벤트구간에서 제거되는 수분량(W1)과 2차 벤트구간에서 제거되는 수분량(W2)의 비율(W1/W2)이 0.5 내지 25인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
상기 제1 열가소성 수지는 방향족 비닐-시안화 비닐계 공중합체인 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
상기 제1 열가소성 수지는 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체, α-메틸 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체, 및 스티렌, α-메틸 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나이며,
상기 충격 보강제는 고무질 중합체 30 내지 70 중량%에 방향족 비닐계 화합물 및 시안화 비닐계 화합물의 혼합물 30 내지 70 중량%를 유화중합법으로 그라프트 중합한 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 그라프트 공중합체(g-ABS)인 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
상기 2차 벤트구간 이후 2차 혼련구간 및 3차 벤트구간을 추가로 더 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
상기 3차 벤트구간은 진공벤트이며, 잔류 수분, 미반응 단량체, 올리고머 및 분해가스 중에서 적어도 1종 이상을 제거하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 하기 식 1 내지 식 2를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물:
Gel ≤ 10,000 [식 1]
5 ≤ YI ≤ 15 [식 2]
(상기 식 1에서 Gel은 압출된 시트의 일정 구간(100mm × 15,000mm)을 스캔하여 검출된 겔 스팟(gel spot)의 개수이며, 상기 식 2에서 YI는 압출된 시트의 황색도(%)를 의미한다).
수분 함량이 5 내지 40 중량%인 충격 보강제.
