Claims (8)
- a) N-부텐을 포함하는 원료가스를 촉매 하에 산화 탈수소화 반응시켜, 부타디엔을 포함하는 생성가스를 제조하는 단계; b) 상기 생성가스를 냉각시킨 다음 유기용매에 흡수시켜 유기용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 유기용액을 탈기처리(degassing)하고 스트리핑(stripping)하여 크루드(crude) 부타디엔을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 b) 단계의 냉각은 냉각탑 상부에 30-50℃의 물 분사로 응축후 냉각탑 하부 배출수는 냉각하여 재순환 및 일부 폐수 처리하고, 냉각탑 탑정 배출가스는 알데히드 제거탑에 투입하고 제거탑 상부에 10-30℃의 물 분사로 배출된 제거탑 하부 배출수를 감압 가열하에 1시간 이하 체류하고 재순환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공액디엔의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계에서 냉각 후 유기용매에 흡수되는 생성가스는 넌-건조제(non-drying agent) 하에 아크롤레인, 부테논, 및 벤즈알데히드의 부생물을 50% 이상 제거한 것임을 특징으로 하는 공액디엔의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감압 가열 조건은 30 내지 150 mbar, 30 내지 60 ℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 공액디엔의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계의 촉매는 몰리브데이트-비스무스계 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 공액디엔의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 촉매가 Mo 1-15, Bi 1-10, Fe 1-10, Co 1-10, K 0.01-1.5, 및 Cs 0-1.5의 조성비를 갖는 복합 산화물 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 공액디엔의 제조 방법 - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계의 산화 탈수소화 반응은 전환율이 95% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공액디엔의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계의 유기용매는 C6 내지 C10 의 포화 탄화수소, C6 내지 C8 의 방향족 탄화수소, 혹은 아마이드계 화합물 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공액디엔의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계에서 크루드 부타디엔이 스트리핑되고 남은 용액은 b) 단계의 유기용매로 재사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공액디엔의 제조방법.
