Claims (6)
- 핫 멜트 접착제 폴리올레핀 조성물로서,
(A) 2 내지 6 중량%의 에틸렌의 유도 단위를 함유하고, ISO 1133(190℃, 2.16kg)에 따라 측정될 때 200 내지 1500의 용융 질량 유량(MFR)을 갖는 고 용융 흐름 부텐-1 공중합체;
(B) 바람직하게는 비정질인 폴리-알파-올레핀, 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 선택적인 추가 중합체 성분;
(C) 지방족 탄화수소 수지, 테르펜/페놀 수지, 폴리테르펜, 로진(rosin), 로진 에스테르, 이들의 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 선택적인 추가 수지 재료; 및
(D) 왁스, 오일 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 선택적인 재료를 포함하는 핫 멜트 접착제 폴리올레핀 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 부텐-1 공중합체 성분(A)은 4 미만의 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)를 갖는 핫 멜트 접착제 폴리올레핀 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 핫 멜트 접착제 조성물의 중량%로,
5 내지 85%의 성분(A)
0.001 내지 30%의 성분(B)
10 내지 75%의 성분(C)
0.001 내지 50%의 성분(D)
을 포함하는 핫 멜트 접착제 폴리올레핀 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
190℃에서 ASTM D 3236-73 에 따라 측정될 때, 7000 내지 500000 mPa·sec 미만의 점도를 갖는 핫 멜트 접착제 폴리올레핀 조성물. - 제 1 항에 따른 핫 멜트 접착제 폴리올레핀 조성물을 포함하는 포장 산업 또는 가구 제품.
- 제 1 항에 따른 핫 멜트 접착제 폴리올레핀 조성물을 포함하는, 짜임이 촘촘한 또는 바늘 펀칭된 카펫.
