Claims (18)
- 중합체 사슬의 시작 말단, 중간 및 끝 말단 중 적어도 하나에 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머를 포함하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체:

여기서,
R1은 수소 또는 C1~C5 알킬기를 나타내고;
R2는 다음의 화학식 2 내지 화학식 6의 유도체들로부터 선택되고,

[화학식 7]
여기서,
R3은 C1~C5 알킬, C1~C5 알킬옥시(-OR) 또는 하기 화학식 7로 표시되는 아민계유도체를 나타내며,
R4는 C1~C5 알킬 또는 C1~C5 알콕시실란을 나타내고,
R5 및 R6은 각각 독립적으로 C1~C5 알킬 또는 C1~C5 알킬실란을 나타내며,
화학식 3과 화학식 7에서 n은 1~5의 정수를 나타낸다. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 중에 상기 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머가 10중량% 이하로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 중에 상기 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머가 100개 이하로 이루어지는 블록 형태로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 비닐 함량이 20중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 무늬점도가 40 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 다음의 (1) 내지 (3) 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 중합 방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체:
(1) 상기 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머를 음이온 개시제와 반응시킨 후 공액디엔계 모노머를 첨가하여 중합하는 방법;
(2) 공액디엔계 모노머와 상기 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머를 용매에 첨가한 후 음이온 개시제를 추가하여 공중합하는 방법;
(3) 공액디엔계 모노머를 용매에 첨가하고 음이온 개시제를 추가하여 중합한 후 상기 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머를 첨가하여 추가 중합하는 방법. - 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 상기 (1)의 방법으로 중합하므로써 제조되고, 중합체 사슬의 시작 말단에 상기 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머를 포함하는 시작 말단 변성 공액디엔계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 상기 (2)의 방법으로 중합하므로써 제조되고, 중합체 사슬의 중간에 상기 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머를 포함하는 중간 변성 공액디엔계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 상기 (3)의 방법으로 중합하므로써 제조되고, 중합체 사슬의 끝 말단에 상기 스타이렌계 관능성 모노머를 포함하는 끝 말단 변성 공액디엔계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 중합체는 상기 (1) 내지 (3)으로부터 선택되는 2 이상의 방법을 조합하여 중합하므로써 제조되는 다변성 공액디엔계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 (1), (2) 및 (3)의 중합 후에 추가 변성제를 첨가하여 추가 변성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 추가 변성제는 터셔리부틸아크릴레이트 또는 에스테르기를 포함하는 아미노실란 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 (1), (2) 및 (3)의 중합 시에 극성 첨가제가 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 공액디엔계 중합체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항의 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 100중량부에 대하여 무기 충전제 0.1~200중량부를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전제는 카본블랙계 충전제, 실리카계 충전제 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 디엔계 고무를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 디엔계 고무는 천연 고무, 이소프렌 고무 및 부타디엔 고무로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 타이어용 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
