도 2 는 상기 공기 조화기의 냉매 회로 구성을 개략적으로 보인 도면이다.
도 3은 상기 공기 조화기의 운전을 제어하기 위한 신호 흐름을 보인 블럭도이다.
도 4는 상기 공기 조화기의 제어 방법을 순차적으로 도시한 순서도이다.
Claims (5)
- 다수의 실외기와 다수의 실내기가 냉매 배관에 의해 서로 연결되어 냉방 및 난방 운전이 가능한 냉동 사이클을 형성하는 공기 조화기의 제어 방법에 있어서,
복수의 상기 실내기가 냉방 운전상태로 운전 시작되는 단계;
상시 실내기의 운전 시작 후 설정시간이 경과되고, 상기 다수의 실외기 중 비운전 상태의 실외기가 존재하는 것을 확인하는 단계;
운전중인 실내기의 실내 팽창밸브의 개도가 설정 개도보다 더 개방되어 운전되고 있는 냉동 사이클 상의 냉매량이 부족함을 판단하는 단계;
비운전 상태의 실외기가 구동되는 단계를 포함하는 공기조화기의 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실내 팽창밸브는 전자 팽창밸브인 것을 특징으로 공기조화기의 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 설정시간은 냉동사이클의 운전이 기동 상태에서 안정화 상태가 되는 사이의 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉매량이 부족함을 판단하는 단계에서는,
운전중인 모든 실내기의 상기 실내 팽창밸브가 설정 개도를 넘어선 경우 냉매량이 부족한 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉매량이 부족함을 판단하는 단계에서는,
운전 중인 임의의 실내기의 상기 실내 팽창밸브가 설정 개도를 넘어선 경우 냉매량이 부족한 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
