Abstract
[해결 수단] 시일 링은 강인하고 경화된 재료로 이루어진 가이드 링(2)과 동적 부하를 받는 시일 립(3, 4)과 정적 부하를 받는 시일 립(5)을 가지는 일체 성형품(1)으로 형성되어 있다. 고무 모양 탄성 재료로 구성되는 제 1 시일 립(3) 및 제 2 시일 립(4)은 가이드 링에 결합되고, 제 1 시일 립(3)은 밀봉해야 할 공간으로부터 밀봉해야 할 매체를 차단하며, 제 2 시일 립(4)은 외부(9)로부터의 이물질(8)을 차단하도록 형성되어 있다. 외부(9)로부터 밀봉해야 할 공간의 방향으로 보고 있는 제 1 시일 립(3)은 기술적 기능에 기초하여 제 2 시일 립(4)에 대해 일직선의 아래쪽에 배치되어 있다.

Claims (9)
- 강인하고 경화된(hard) 재료로 이루어진 가이드 링(guide ring)(2)과 동적 부하를 받는 적어도 1개의 시일 립(3, 4)과, 정적 부하를 받는 적어도 1개의 시일 립(5)을 가지는, 일체 성형품(1)으로서 형성되어 있는 시일 링(seal ring)에 있어서,
동적 부하를 받는 상기 시일 립(seal lip)(3, 4), 및 정적 부하를 받는 상기 시일 립(5)은, 고무모양 탄성 재료에 의해 형성되는 한편 상기 가이드 링(2)에 결합되어 있고, 상기 적어도 1개의 시일 립으로서 동적 부하를 받는 상기 제 1 시일 립(3) 및 동적 부하를 받는 상기 제 2 시일 립(4)은, 상기 가이드 링(2)에 결합되어 있고, 동적 부하를 받는 상기 제 1 시일 립(3)은, 밀봉해야 할 공간(7)으로부터의 밀봉해야 할 매체(6)를 차단하도록 형성되어 있고, 동적 부하를 받는 상기 제 2 시일 립(4)은, 외부(9)로부터의 이물질(8)을 차단하도록 형성되어 있으며, 상기 외부(9)에서 상기 밀봉해야 할 공간(7)의 방향으로 보고 있는, 상기 제 1 시일 립(3)은, 기술적 기능에 기초하여, 상기 제 2 시일 립(4)에 대하여 일직선(in-line)의 배치에서 아래쪽에 배치되어 있는 시일 링. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 가이드 링(2)은 단면에서 실질적으로 정사각형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 링.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 가이드 링(2)은 폴리머 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 링.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동적 부하를 받는 상기 시일 립(3, 4)은, 상기 가이드 링(2)의 방사 방향(radial direction) 내주측 또는 방사 방향 외주 측에 배치되어 있고, 정적 부하를 받는 상기 시일 립(5)은, 상기 가이드 링(2)의 방사 방향 외주측 또는 방사 방향 내주 측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 링.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동적 부하를 받는 상기 시일 립(3, 4) 및 정적 부하를 받는 상기 시일 립(5) 모두는, 서로 융합되어 일체로 형성되는 한편, 동일 재료에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 링.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시일 립(3, 4, 5)은, 상기 가이드 링(2)에 있어서의 적어도 1개의 홈 모양의 공간(10)을 통해 서로 융합되어 일체로 형성되는 한편, 동일 재료에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 링.
- 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다성분 사출 성형법 또는 프레스 성형법에 의한, 시일 링의 제조 방법.
- 유압장치에 있어서의 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항의 시일 링의 사용.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 유압장치는 자동차용 쇽업소버인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용.
