Claims (16)
- 기재층; 프라이머층; 및 광학패턴층이 순차적으로 적층된 광학시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재층은 폴리아세탈 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 우레탄 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시 수지, 폴리카보네이트계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리에스터계 수지, 비닐계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 시클로올레핀계 수지, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 수지, 폴리아릴술폰 수지, 폴리에테르술폰 수지, 폴리페닐렌술피드 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 수지, 또는 불소계 수지 중 1종 이상의 수지를 포함하는 광학시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머층은 (메타)아크릴레이트계 올리고머의 경화물을 포함하는 광학시트. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 (메타)아크릴레이트계 올리고머는 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트계 올리고머 및 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트계 올리고머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트계 올리고머는 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 약 500 내지 100,000 g/mol이며,
상기 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트계 올리고머는 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 약 500 내지 30,000g/mol인 것을 특징으로 광학시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재층의 두께는 50 내지 250㎛이며
상기 프라이머층의 두께는 5 내지 20㎛이며,
상기 광학패턴층의 두께는 5 내지 50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광학패턴층과 대항하는 상기 프라이머층의 일면에는 요철패턴이 형성되고, 상기 요철패턴은 표면조도 Ra가 약 0.01 내지 2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머층은 평균입경(D50)이 0.1 내지 30㎛인 유기입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 유기입자는 아크릴계 입자, 실록산계 입자, 또는 스티렌계 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머층의 굴절률은 1.45 내지 1.65이며, 상기 유기입자의 굴절률은 1.45 내지 1.58인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광학패턴층은 프리즘패턴, 마이크로 렌즈 패턴, 헥사고날 마이크로 렌즈 패턴, 엠보패턴, 렌티큘러 렌즈 패턴, 피라미드 패턴, 매트 패턴 및 이들의 혼합 패턴으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 광학패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광학패턴층의 굴절률은 1.58 내지 1.70인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 제1 모노머는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트;

상기 화학식 1에서, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알킬렌기, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴렌기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 알킬아릴렌기 또는 아릴알킬렌기이고, Ar1은 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴기이고, X1 및 X2는 각각 독립적으로 -O- 또는 -S-이고, Y1 및 Y2는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, -OH, -SH, -NH2, 또는(여기서, R3는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고, X3는 -O- 또는 -N(R)-(R: 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기)이며, *는 결합 부위를 나타냄)이고, Y1 및 Y2 중 적어도 하나는 이며, n1 및 n2의 평균값은 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 4이다). - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 프리즘패턴을 구성하는 단위프리즘의 피치는 10 내지 100㎛이며, 높이는 5 내지 50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트. - 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항의 광학시트를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
