Abstract
(해결 수단) 집합화염구멍부(34)의 무화염구멍부(33)에 인접하는 주변 부분에 형성하는 주변화염구멍(32a)의 직경을 집합화염구멍부(34)의 주변 부분으로부터 내측의 부분에 형성하는 중앙화염구멍(32b)의 직경보다 작게 한다. 또, 무화염구멍부(33)의 각 측부에, 집합화염구멍부(34)의 화염구멍 사이 피치(P)보다도 넓은 피치(P′)로 외측화염구멍(32′)을 형성할 경우에는, 외측화염구멍(32′)도 중앙화염구멍(32b)보다 작은 직경으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 세라믹제의 플레이트 본체에 예비혼합가스를 분출하는 다수의 화염구멍을 형성한 전일차 연소식 버너용의 연소 플레이트로서,
플레이트 본체에 화염구멍이 존재하지 않는 무화염구멍부가 격자 형상으로 설치되고, 무화염구멍부로 둘러싸이는 플레이트 본체의 각 영역을 복수의 화염구멍이 밀집하여 형성되는 집합화염구멍부로 하는 것에 있어서,
집합화염구멍부의 무화염구멍부에 인접하는 주변 부분에 형성하는 화염구멍의 직경을 집합화염구멍부의 주변 부분으로부터 내측의 부분에 형성하는 화염구멍의 직경보다 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 플레이트 .
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 무화염구멍부의 상기 각 집합화염구멍부에 인접하는 각 측부에, 무화염구멍부의 길이 방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 화염구멍이 형성되고, 이 소정의 간격은 집합화염구멍부에 형성하는 화염구멍 사이의 무화염구멍부의 길이 방향에 평행한 방향의 간격보다도 넓게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 플레이트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 무화염구멍부의 각 측부에 형성되는 화염구멍의 직경도 상기 집합화염구멍부의 주변 부분으로부터 내측의 부분에 형성하는 화염구멍의 직경보다 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 플레이트.
