도 3은 도 1의 이차 전지의 케이스의 외부로 돌출된 전극 단자를 개략적으로 도시한 요부 분해 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 전극 단자의 돌출부와 도전 터미널이 결합된 상태를 개략적으로 도시한 평면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 전극 단자를 개략적으로 도시한 요부 분해 사시도이다.
도 6은 도 5의 전극 단자의 돌출부와 도전 터미널이 결합된 상태를 개략적으로 도시한 평면도이다.

Claims (9)
- 제1 전극과 제2 전극을 구비하는 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체와 전기적으로 연결되는 전극 단자;
상기 전극 조립체를 수납하는 케이스; 및
상기 케이스의 개구에 설치되어 상기 케이스를 밀폐하도록 설치되며 단자홀이 형성된 캡 플레이트;
를 포함하고,
상기 전극 단자는,
상기 캡 플레이트의 상기 단자홀에 설치되며 일단은 상기 전극 조립체와 전기적으로 연결되고 타단은 상기 캡 플레이트의 외측으로 돌출되는 돌출부가 형성된 리벳 터미널과, 상기 리벳 터미널의 재질과 상이한 이종 금속 재질로 형성되어 상기 돌출부에 결합되는 도전 터미널;
를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리벳 터미널의 상기 돌출부와 상기 도전 터미널의 사이에는 용가재(filler metal)가 삽입되어 브레이징 용접되는 이차 전지. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부에는 상기 용가재가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성되는 이차 전지. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 삽입홈은,
상기 돌출부의 돌출된 길이 방향을 따라 상기 돌출부의 내부로 형성된 복수개의 다각홈인 이차 전지. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 삽입홈은,
상기 돌출부의 돌출된 길이 방향을 따라 상기 돌출부의 내부로 형성된 복수개의 라운드 홈인 이차 전지. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 도전 터미널은 상기 돌출부에 삽입되는 삽입홀이 형성되며,
상기 삽입홀의 내벽면에는 상기 용가재가 유입되는 유입홈이 형성되는 이차 전지. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 유입홈은,
상기 삽입홀의 내벽면의 높이 방향을 따라 상기 도전 터미널의 내부로 형성된 복수개의 다각홈인 이차 전지. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 삽입홈은,
상기 삽입홀의 내벽면의 높이 방향을 따라 상기 도전 터미널의 내부로 형성된 복수개의 라운드 홈인 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부는 구리 재질이고 상기 도전 터미널은 알루미늄 재질인 이차 전지.
