Claims (10)
- 폴리에스테르로 이루어지고 적어도 1축 연신된 기재필름과,
상기 기재필름의 적어도 일면에 도포된 프라이머층을 포함하되,
상기 프라이머층은 고분자 바인더 수지, 경화제 및 자외선 경화 가능한 관능기를 적어도 하나 이상 가지는 나노입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 바인더 수지는 폴리에스테르계 고분자, 폴리우레탄계 고분자 및 폴리아크릴계 고분자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 단독 또는 둘 이상 조합된 고분자 바인더 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화제는 에폭시계 경화제와 멜라닌계 경화제 중에서 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 경화 가능한 관능기는 아크릴레이트기, 싸이올기, 비닐에테르기 및 에폭시기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나의 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머층의 두께는 0.04~0.4㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나노입자는 평균입경이 상기 프라이머층의 두께 대비 2.0 내지 3.0배 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머층은 70중량%의 물과 바인더 수지 30중량%로 구성된 바인더 수지 수분산액 48 내지 90중량%, 70중량%의 물과 경화제 30중량%로 구성된 경화제 수분산액을 8 내지 50중량% 및 90중량%의 물과 나노입자 10중량%로 구성된 나노입자 수분산액 0.1 내지 2.0중량%를 포함하는 도포액으로 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머층의 표면에 도포된 자외선 경화형 수지 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 경화형 수지 코팅층은 아크릴계 수지로 제조되고, 두께는 0.5~8㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머층과 상기 자외선 경화형 수지 코팅층 사이의 부착력은 85℃, 85%습도 하에서 240시간 내습성 테스트 시 95% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 폴리에스테르 필름.
