도 4 는 대안적인 실시형태에 따른 연소 구역에서의 재생기의 수직방향 축선에 수직한 평면에서의 단면도이다.
도 5 는 본 발명에 따른 재생기의 옥시염소화 및 하소 구역들의 사시도이다.
도 6 은 본 발명의 프로세스에 대한 단순화된 플로우차트이다.
Claims (16)
- 수직 방향으로 연장되는 용기 (2) 를 포함하는 이동층 촉매 재생기 (1) 로서,
상기 용기는 상기 용기의 수직방향 높이를 따라 연장되는 적어도 2 개의 재생 구역들로 분할되고, 상기 재생 구역들 내에서 촉매 입자가 중력 하에서 이동하고, 각 재생 구역은, 잇달아 그리고 촉매들이 이동하는 순서로,
a) 연소 섹션 (CO);
b) 상기 연소 섹션 아래에 배치된 옥시염소화 섹션 (O) 으로서, 상기 연소 섹션 (CO) 으로부터 촉매를 상기 옥시염소화 섹션 (O) 으로 가져오기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 상기 옥시염소화 섹션 (O); 및
c) 상기 옥시염소화 섹션 아래에 배치된 하소 섹션 (CA)
을 포함하고,
상기 재생 구역들은, 각 구역의 촉매들이 상이한 작동 조건들 하에서 재생될 수 있도록, 촉매들 및 가스들에 대해 불투과성인 분리 수단에 의해 서로 분리되어 있는, 이동층 촉매 재생기 (1). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
각 연소 섹션은, 가스에 대해 투과성이고 촉매들에 대해 불투과성인 2 개의 체들 (sieves) 에 의해 규정되는 환형 공간을 포함하고, 상기 환형 공간 내에서 상기 촉매는 중력 하에서 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동층 촉매 재생기 (1). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
각 연소 섹션은 환형 공간 (30) 의 일부에 의해 형성되고,
상기 환형 공간 (30) 은, 가스에 대해 투과성이고 촉매들에 대해 불투과성인 2 개의 체들 (9, 9') 에 의해 규정되고, 또한 촉매들 및 가스에 대해 불투과성인 분리 수단 (34) 에 의해 부분들로 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동층 촉매 재생기 (1). - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 체들은 스크린 및 천공 플레이트로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동층 촉매 재생기 (1). - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 옥시염소화 섹션은 촉매들 및 가스에 대해 불투과성인 분리 수단 (23) 에 의해 상기 용기 (2) 의 구역을 구획들 (22, 22') 로 분할함으로써 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동층 촉매 재생기 (1). - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 하소 섹션은 촉매들 및 가스에 대해 불투과성인 분리 수단 (27) 에 의해 상기 용기 (2) 의 구역을 구획들 (26, 26') 로 분할함으로써 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동층 촉매 재생기 (1). - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 옥시염소화 섹션은 하소 가스와 옥시염소화 가스의 혼합을 수행하도록 구성된 혼합 섹션에 의해 상기 하소 섹션으로부터 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동층 촉매 재생기 (1). - 연속 촉매 개질 유닛 (40) 으로서,
적어도 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 및 적어도 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 으로서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 반응 구역은 적어도 제 1 촉매 이동층 및 적어도 제 2 촉매 이동층을 각각 포함하는, 상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 및 상기 제 2 반응 구역 (42);
제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 재생기 (1) 로서, 상이한 작동 조건들 하에서 상기 제 1 및 제 2 반응 구역 (41, 42) 의 촉매들을 동시에 그리고 개별적으로 재생할 수 있는, 상기 재생기 (1);
상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 으로부터 획득되는 유출물을 상기 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 으로 이송하기 위한 수단;
상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 으로부터 상기 재생기 (1) 로 촉매를 가져오기 위한 수단 (49);
상기 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 으로부터 상기 재생기 (1) 로 촉매를 가져오기 위한 수단 (51);
상기 재생기 (1) 로부터 상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 으로 재생 촉매를 이송하기 위한 수단 (50); 및
상기 재생기 (1) 로부터 상기 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 으로 재생 촉매를 이송하기 위한 수단 (52)
을 포함하는, 연속 촉매 개질 유닛 (40). - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 반응 구역 (41, 42) 은 반응기 내에 수직방향 스택 (stack) 으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 촉매 개질 유닛 (40). - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 반응 구역 (41, 42) 은 나란히 배치되는 적어도 제 1 반응기 및 적어도 제 2 반응기 내에 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 촉매 개질 유닛 (40). - 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 의 촉매의 조성이 상기 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 의 촉매의 조성과 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 촉매 개질 유닛 (40). - 탄화수소 공급물의 촉매 개질을 위한 방법으로서,
a) 적어도 하나의 촉매 이동층을 포함하는 적어도 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 에서 수소의 존재 하에서 상기 탄화수소 공급물을 처리하는 단계;
b) 상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 으로부터 유출물 및 촉매를 연속적으로 그리고 개별적으로 인출하는 단계;
c) 적어도 하나의 촉매 이동층을 포함하는 적어도 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 에서 수소의 존재 하에서, 상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 으로부터 획득되는 상기 유출물을 처리하는 단계;
d) 상기 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 으로부터 개질유 (reformate) 및 촉매를 연속적으로 그리고 개별적으로 인출하는 단계;
e) 상기 촉매들을 상기 제 1 및 제 2 반응 구역으로부터 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 재생기 (1) 로 보내고, 상이한 작동 조건들 하에서 상기 촉매들을 재생하는 단계; 및
f) 각각의 제 1 및 제 2 반응 구역 (41, 42) 으로 재생 촉매들을 개별적으로 보내는 단계
를 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급물의 촉매 개질을 위한 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 의 촉매의 조성이 상기 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 의 촉매의 조성과 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 공급물의 촉매 개질을 위한 방법. - 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 공급물, 유출물들 및 상기 촉매들의 유동들은 하향 방향으로 병류 (co-currents) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 공급물의 촉매 개질을 위한 방법. - 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 반응 구역 (41, 42) 은 상기 제 1 반응 구역 (41) 이 상기 제 2 반응 구역 (42) 위에 위치된 상태로 반응기 내에 수직방향 구성으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 공급물의 촉매 개질을 위한 방법. - 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 반응 구역 (41, 42) 은 적어도 제 1 반응기 및 적어도 제 2 반응기 내에 각각 나란히 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 공급물의 촉매 개질을 위한 방법.
