Claims (10)
- 합성가스와 보일러수가 서로 열교환하는 제1열교환부;
상기 제1열교환부를 통과한 합성가스가 보일러수와 서로 열교환하는 제2열교환부; 및
상기 제1열교환부로부터 상기 제2열교환부를 서로 연결하되, 상기 합성가스의 흐름방향을 90 내지 180 도로 변경시키는 연결부를 포함하는 폐열 보일러. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1열교환부는,
제1챔버,
상기 챔버의 벽면에 구비되는 제1내화물, 및
상기 챔버와 상기 제1내화물 사이에 구비되는 제1수관을 구비하여, 상기 챔버내부를 흐르는 합성가스와 상기 제1수관을 흐르는 보일러수가 서로 상기 제1내화물을 사이에 두고 서로 열교환하는 폐열 보일러. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1챔버에 유입되는 합성가스의 유입온도는 1100℃ 내지 1200℃이고, 상기 연결부로 나가는 유출온도는 600℃ 내지 700℃인 폐열 보일러. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1내화물의 두께는 20 내지 40mm인 폐열 보일러. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1수관은 탄소함유량이 0.1 내지 0.2이고, 열전도도(Thermal conductivity)는 44 내지 46W/m ℃ 인 폐열 보일러. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2열교환부는,
제2챔버,
상기 챔버의 벽면에 구비되는 제2내화물, 및
상기 챔버의 내부 공간에 구비되는 제2수관을 구비하여,
상기 챔버내부를 흐르는 합성가스와 상기 제2수관을 흐르는 보일러수가 서로 열교환하는 폐열 보일러. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1챔버와 상기 제2챔버는 서로 적어도 벽면 중 적어도 1개가 연접하는 폐열보일러. - 제7항에 있어서,
제2수관은 제2챔버가 제1챔버와 연접하는 면을 제외한 3개의 면을 각각 통과하는 제1방향제2수관, 제2방향제2수관, 제3방향제2수관으로 이루어지는 폐열보일러. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2수관은 외부소재와 내부소재의 복합소재로 이루어지며, 외부소재는 니켈, 크롬, 및 규소를 필수적으로 포함하는 합금강으로 이루어지고 열전도도(Thermal conductivity)가 23 내지 26 W /m ℃인 폐열보일러. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2내화물의 두께는 40 내지 50mm인 폐열 보일러.
