Abstract
다이오드를 냉각시키기 위해 사용되며 호스를 연결하여 물을 이용한 냉각
방식을 원칙으로 사용한다. 기존의 냉각장비보다 사이즈와 전원의 편리성을
향상시킬 수 있도록 제안된 레이저 다이오드 냉각시스템에 관한 것이다.
Description

조합으로 하나의 냉각 시스템이 형성됨.

- 레이저 다이오드의 냉각하기 위하여 사용되는 냉각 시스템에 있어서,
열을 식히기 위한 냉각 면과 냉각소자, 반대편에 열면 구성이 하나의
시스템으로 형성이 되며 이러한 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각시스템
