Abstract
Description
도 1은 압축기에 장착된 하프 회전자의 단면도로 종래 기술의 원심력 회전자의 예시도;
도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 원심력 회전자에 대해 도 1의 것과 유사한 도면;
도 3은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따라 선행하는 도면과 유사한 도면; 및
도 4는 도 2의 절단선(IV-IV)을 따른 관점에서의 단면도.
Claims (10)
- 원심력 회전자(2)로서,
- 길이방향 축(8)을 갖는 허브(10),
- 유체 유입구(20),
- 상류에 있는 그리고 상기 허브(10) 주위에 개구부(22)를 갖는 제1 플랜지(12), 및
- 베인(16)에 의해 상기 제1 플랜지로부터 하류에 분리됨으로써 상기 제1 플랜지(12)에 의해 각각 획정된 채널을 형성하는 제2 플랜지(14)를 포함하되,
상기 제2 플랜지(14)와 2개의 베인(16)은 상기 유체 유입구(20)로부터 주변 유출구(26)까지 뻗어 있고,
상기 주변 유출구(26)의 근처에서 상기 제1 플랜지(12)는 상기 채널을 향하여 배향된 오목 영역(32)을 갖는 한편 상기 제2 플랜지(14)는 상기 채널을 향하여 배향된 볼록 영역(34)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 회전자. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 플랜지(12) 및 상기 제2 플랜지(14)는 상기 길이방향 축 주위에 원형 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 회전자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 채널을 빠져나가는 상기 제1 플랜지(12)의 상기 오목 영역에 대한 접선 표면은, 상기 길이방향 축(8)에 수직인 방사상 평면과, 1°내지 45°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 회전자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 채널을 빠져나가는 상기 제1 플랜지의 상기 오목 영역에 대한 상기 접선 표면(36)은, 상기 길이방향 축에 수직인 방사상 평면과, 10° 내지 30°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 회전자.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 채널을 빠져나가는 상기 제2 플랜지(14)의 상기 볼록 영역(34)에 대한 접선 표면(36)은, 상기 길이방향 축(8)에 수직인 방사상 평면과, 1° 내지 45°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 회전자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 채널을 빠져나가는 상기 제2 플랜지(14)의 상기 볼록 영역(34)에 대한 상기 접선 표면(36)은, 상기 길이방향 축(8)에 수직인 방사상 평면과, 10° 내지 30°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 회전자.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베인(16)은 상기 제1 플랜지(12) 및/또는 상기 제2 플랜지(14) 외측 주변 에지(H, S)까지 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 회전자.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 플랜지(12)는 상기 제2 플랜지(14)의 상기 채널에 인접하는 외측 주변 에지(H)의 직경(RH)보다 더 큰 직경(RS)을 갖는 상기 채널에 인접하는 외측 주변 에지(S)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 회전자.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 원심력 회전자(2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 원심력 회전자(2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력 펌프.
