도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 배리어 필름 구조체 및 그 제조방법을 도해하는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 배리어 필름 구조체의 제조방법을 도해하는 순서도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 본 발명의 실험예 및 비교예에 따른 밀도와 투습도를 측정한 결과를 도해하는 그래프이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 배리어 필름 구조체를 구비하는 유기 발광소자 다이오드의 일부를 개략적으로 도해하는 단면도이다.

Claims (9)
- 베이스 필름;
상기 베이스 필름 상에 배치되며, 상부면이 플라즈마 처리된, 제 1 배리어층; 및
상기 제 1 배리어층 상에 배치되며, 상부면이 플라즈마 처리된, 제 2 배리어층;을 포함하는, 배리어 필름 구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 배리어층과 상기 제 2 배리어층은 각각 실리콘 산화물(SiOx), 실리콘 질화물(SiNx), 실리콘 산질화물(SiOxNy) 및 유기실리콘(SiOxCyHz)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 단수층 또는 적층된 복수층인, 배리어 필름 구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 처리는 아르곤 플라즈마를 포함하는, 배리어 필름 구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 처리는 헬륨 및 아르곤 플라즈마를 포함하는, 배리어 필름 구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 필름은 고리형 올레핀 고분자(COP, cyclic olefin polymer) 필름, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET, polyethyleneterephthalate) 필름, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN, polyethylenenaphthalate) 필름 및 폴리카보네이트(PC, polycarbonate) 필름 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는, 배리어 필름 구조체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 상기 배리어 필름 구조체를 구비하는, 유기전자소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 유기전자소자는 유기 발광소자 다이오드(OLED) 또는 유기 태양전지(OPV)를 포함하는, 유기전자소자. - 베이스 필름을 제공하는 단계;
상기 베이스 필름 상에 제 1 배리어층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제 1 배리어층의 상부면을 플라즈마 처리하는 단계;
상기 플라즈마 처리된 상기 제 1 배리어층 상에 제 2 배리어층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제 2 배리어층의 상부면을 플라즈마 처리하는 단계;
를 포함하는, 배리어 필름 구조체의 제조방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 처리하는 단계는 아르곤 가스 또는 아르곤과 헬륨 가스 분위기에서 플라즈마 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 배리어 필름 구조체의 제조방법.
