Claims (10)
- 지방족 고리형 탄화수소기를 개재하여 방향핵 (X) 가 복수 결절된 구조 유닛 (α) 가, 아릴렌디카르보닐옥시기를 개재하여 다른 구조 유닛 (α) 와 결절한 구조 (I) 을 가지며, 수지 중에 존재하는 상기 방향핵 (X) 중 적어도 하나가 하기 구조식 (y1) ∼ (y4)

[상기 구조식 (y1) ∼ (y4) 중, R1, R2, R3, R4 는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소 원자수 1 ∼ 4 의 알킬기, 탄소 원자수 1 ∼ 4 의 알콕시기, 할로겐 원자, 페닐기, 아르알킬기 중 어느 것이며, R5 는 수소 원자, 탄소 원자수 1 ∼ 6 의 알킬기, 페닐기, 나프틸기, 안트릴기, 방향핵 상에 탄소 원자수 1 ∼ 4 의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기를 하나 내지 복수 갖는 페닐기, 나프틸기 또는 안트릴기, 아르알킬기 중 어느 것이다.]
중 어느 것으로 나타내는 구조 부위 (Y) 를 방향핵 상의 치환기로서 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인 원자 함유 활성 에스테르 수지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
분자 구조 중에 복수 존재하는 상기 방향핵 (X) 중, 상기 구조 (I) 의 말단에 위치하는 2 개의 방향핵 (X) 가 모두 페놀성 수산기를 가지고 있고, 또한, 그 2 개의 방향핵 (X) 중 적어도 일방이 상기 (y1) ∼ (y4) 중 어느 것으로 나타내는 구조 부위 (Y) 를 방향핵 상의 치환기로서 갖는 인 원자 함유 활성 에스테르 수지. - 지방족 고리형 탄화수소기를 개재하여 방향핵 (X) 가 복수 결절된 구조를 갖는 페놀성 화합물 (A) 와, 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 그 디할라이드 (B) 를, 상기 페놀성 화합물 (A) 가 함유하는 수산기의 합계 1 몰에 대해, 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 그 디할라이드 (B) 가 함유하는 카르복실기 또는 산할라이드기의 합계가 0.25 ∼ 0.75 몰의 범위가 되는 비율로 반응시켜 페놀 수지 중간체 (C) 를 얻고, 이어서, 상기 페놀 수지 중간체 (C) 와, 알데히드 화합물 (D) 와, 하기 구조식 (e1) 또는 (e2)

중 어느 하나로 나타내는 인 원자 함유 화합물 (E) 를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인 원자 함유 활성 에스테르 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 인 원자 함유 활성 에스테르 수지.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,

{상기 구조식 (y1) ∼ (y4) 중, R1, R2, R3, R4 는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소 원자수 1 ∼ 4 의 알킬기, 탄소 원자수 1 ∼ 4 의 알콕시기, 할로겐 원자, 페닐기, 아르알킬기 중 어느 것이며, R5 는 수소 원자, 탄소 원자수 1 ∼ 6 의 알킬기, 페닐기, 나프틸기, 안트릴기, 방향핵 상에 탄소 원자수 1 ∼ 4 의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기를 하나 내지 복수 갖는 페닐기, 나프틸기 또는 안트릴기, 아르알킬기 중 어느 것이다.}
중 어느 것으로 나타내는 구조 부위이며, 분자 구조 중의 2 개의 Y 중 적어도 일방은 상기 구조식 (y1) ∼ (y4) 중 어느 것으로 나타내는 구조 부위이다. 또, k 는 0 또는 1 이며, l 은 반복 단위의 평균으로 0.25 ∼ 1.5 이다.]
로 나타내는 분자 구조를 갖는 인 원자 함유 활성 에스테르 수지. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 기재된 인 원자 함유 활성 에스테르 수지와 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 경화시켜 얻어지는 경화물.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 유기 용제에 희석한 것을 보강 기재에 함침하고, 얻어지는 함침 기재를 반경화시킴으로써 얻어지는 프리프레그.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 유기 용제에 희석한 바니시를 얻고, 이것을 판상으로 부형한 것과 동박을 가열 가압 성형함으로써 얻어지는 회로 기판.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 유기 용제에 희석한 것을 기재 필름 위에 도포하고, 건조시킴으로써 얻어지는 빌드업 필름.
