Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 기존의 부상분리 장치 및 방법보다 적은 설비부지를 차지하면서, 빠른 조류 또는 부유물질의 응집 및 부상분리시킬 수 있고, 또한 전극의 교체 없이 수중 조류 또는 부유물질을 빠르고, 연속적으로 제거할 수 있어 대용량의 조류 및 부유물질 제거에 효과적이다.

Claims (9)
- 응집제로 처리된 조류 또는 부유물질을 전기응집시킨 다음, 전기응집된 조류 또는 부유물질을 부상분리시키는 수단을 포함하는 조류 또는 부유물질의 수중 부상분리 촉진장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수중 부상분리 촉진 장치는; 반응용기(7); 상기 반응용기 상측에 삽입되는 조류 또는 부유물질이 함유된 오염수를 상기 반응용기로 유입시키는 유입수단(4); 상기 오염수에 응집제를 공급하는 투여수단(5); 반응용기 내부에 설치되고, 오염수에 전기를 공급하는 수단(1); 및 상기 반응용기 하단부에 연결되며, 부상분리를 통해 조류 또는 부유물질이 제거된 처리수를 배출하는 배출수단(6)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중 부상분리 촉진장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전기를 공급하는 수단(1)은 전극판인 것을 특징으로 하는 수중 부상분리 촉진장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전극판은 백금(Pt), 니켈(Ni), 철(Fe), 크롬이 도금된 납(Pb), 탄소(C), 백금이 도금된 티타늄(Ti)으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중 부상분리 촉진장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전극판 사이 거리는 3~5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 수중 부상분리 촉진장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전극판의 두께는 0.5~2 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 수중 부상분리 촉진장치.
- 조류 또는 부유물질 함유수에 응집제를 첨가하고, 전기응집시킨 다음, 부상분리시키는 단계를 포함하는 조류 또는 부유물질의 수중 부상분리 촉진방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 응집제는 폴리알루미늄클로라이드(PAC), 황산제2철, 황산알루미늄, 염화알루미늄 및 염화제2철의 무기염으로 구성되는 그룹과 천연응집제 및 광물계 무기응집제 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수중 부상분리 촉진방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 단계는 처리수의 전기적인 처리를 통한 전기 분해로 수소, 산소 및 오존이 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중 부상분리 촉진방법.
