Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지 80 ∼ 30 중량% 와 스티렌계 수지 20 ∼ 70 중량% 로 이루어지는 수지 성분 100 중량부에 대해, 평균 섬유 길이가 1 ∼ 10 ㎜ 인 촙드 스트랜드 0.5 ∼ 8 중량부와, 레이저 다이렉트 스트럭쳐링 첨가제를 함유하고,
상기 레이저 다이렉트 스트럭쳐링 첨가제가, 금속 성분으로서 안티몬과 주석을 함유하며, 또한 안티몬보다 주석의 함유량이 많은, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 레이저 다이렉트 스트럭쳐링 첨가제의 배합량이 상기 수지 성분 100 중량부에 대해 1 ∼ 30 중량부인 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 촙드 스트랜드가 에폭시 수지로 표면 처리되어 있는 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 레이저 다이렉트 스트럭쳐링 첨가제가, 금속 성분으로서 안티몬과 주석을 함유하고, 또한 금속 성분의 70 중량% 이상이 주석인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 레이저 다이렉트 스트럭쳐링 첨가제가, 금속 성분으로서 안티몬과 주석을 함유하고, 또한 금속 성분 중의 안티몬과 주석의 합계량이 90 중량% 이상인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 컴파운드하여 이루어지는 수지 펠릿.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물 또는 제 6 항에 기재된 수지 펠릿을 성형하여 이루어지는 수지 성형품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
추가로, 표면에 도금층을 갖는 수지 성형품. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 도금층이 안테나로서의 성능을 보유하는 수지 성형품. - 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
휴대 전자 기기 부품인 수지 성형품. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을, 2 축 압출기를 사용하여 컴파운드하는 것을 포함하는 수지 펠릿의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
촙드 스트랜드는 메인 피더로부터 공급되는 수지 펠릿의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 기재된 수지 성형품의 표면에, 레이저를 조사 후, 금속을 적용하여 도금층을 형성하는 것을 포함하는, 도금층 형성 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 도금층이 구리 도금층인, 도금층 형성 수지 성형품의 제조 방법. - 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 기재된 도금층 형성 수지 성형품의 제조 방법을 포함하는, 안테나를 갖는 휴대 전자 기기 부품의 제조 방법.
