Claims (4)
- 용접에 따른 열 변형을 방지하기 위한 열 변형 방지용 지그로서,
방사상 형상으로 형성된 복수의 가지(branch)를 가지는 본체부;
상기 복수의 가지 각각의 내측에 각각 홈에 나사산 결합 구조로 결합되어, 회전 방향 및 회전수에 대한 조작에 의해 상기 본체부에서 노출되는 영역의 길이가 조절되며, 상기 본체부에서 노출되는 단부 영역에 결합공이 형성된 복수의 연장부를 포함하는 열 변형 방지용 지그. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가지는 배관 파이프에 용접될 플랜지에 형성된 볼트공에 상응되는 각도 및 수량으로 형성되고,
각각 대응되는 상기 결합공과 상기 볼트공은 하나의 볼트 및 너트에 의해 결합되는, 열 변형 방지용 지그. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 연장부 각각에 형성된 결합공은, 배관 파이프의 내측 둘레면의 복수 위치에 각각 부착된 임시 피스(temporary piece)의 내측에 형성된 홀(hole)에 대응되도록 위치되어 볼트 및 너트에 의해 상기 홀과 대응되는 결합공이 결합되는, 열 변형 방지용 지그. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연장부의 노출되는 영역의 길이는 각 가지에 대해 개별적으로 조절되는, 열 변형 방지용 지그.
