점차 건강의 중요성이 강조되어 가고 있는 현대 사회에서도 가장 중요한 것중 하나가 수면에 관한 것이다. 하지만 현대인들은 대부분 적절한 수면을 취하지 못하고 있고. 이것이 일부 질병을 유발하고 생활을 윤택하지 못하게 하는 것이 사실이다. 올바른 수면을 취하는 것은 건강적 측면에서 아주 중요한 문제이고. 이 수면을 적절히 취할수 있도록 도와주는 장비가 필요하게 될 것이다.
(다)과제의 해결 수단
본 장치는 착용자의 맥박과 심박수, 그리고 현재 기온 등을 표시한다.
인간은 수면을 취하고 있을 때와 그렇지 않을 때의 뇌파가 각각 다르며. 이뇌파는 심박수와 맥박수에도 영향을 준다. 본 장치는 착용자의 맥박과 심박수를 실시간으로 감시하여, 착용자의 뇌파를 측정해 착용자가 충분히 깊은 잠에 빠진 상태가 되었다고 생각되면 그 시점으로부터 적절한 수면시간을 연산하여 착용자가 가장 쾌적하게 기상할수 있는 시간에 알람이 울리도록 자동으로 설정한다.
또한 수면 적정온도를 표시하여 착용자의 참고가 될수 있도록 한다.
