Abstract
개시되는 제습장치는 공기와 열교환을 통해 공기 중의 수분을 제거하여 표면에 응축수가 생성되는 열교환기; 상기 열교환기에서 낙하하는 응축수를 저장하는 응축수 트레이; 장치본체에 장착되면 상기 응축수 트레이의 하방에 배치되어 상기 응축수 트레이에서 배출되는 응축수를 저장하는 물통; 상기 응축수 트레이에 구비되어 상기 응축수 트레이에서 상기 물통으로 응축수가 배출되는 통로를 구성하며, 상기 물통이 장치본체에 탈착되는 동작에 연동하여 개폐되는 체크밸브; 및 상기 응축수 트레이의 내측바닥에 형성된 개구부와, 상기 개구부를 둘러싸며 상기 응축수 트레이의 내측바닥에서 상기 응축수 트레이의 측벽보다 낮은 높이로 상향돌출된 벽을 포함하는 오버플로우 방지부;를 포함한다.

Claims (8)
- 냉매를 압축하는 압축기;
상기 압축기로부터 공급받은 냉매를 응축시키는 응축기;
상기 응축기로부터 공급받은 냉매를 증발시키는 증발기;
열교환유체가 저장가능하며, 저장된 열교환유체가 상기 증발기에 의해 냉각되도록 구성되는 냉각조; 및
상기 냉각조에 저장된 열교환유체가 순환되고, 공기와 열교환하여 공기 중의 수분을 제거하는 열교환기;
를 포함하는 제습장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환유체는 상기 냉매보다 어는점이 낮고 비열이 큰 부동액으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제습장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 열교환유체는 모노 에틸렌 글리콜(Mono Ethylene Glycol) 타입 부동액 또는 프로필렌 글리콜(Propylene Glycol) 타입 부동액으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제습장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각조에 저장된 열교환유체를 상기 열교환기와 상기 냉각조 간에 순환시키는 펌프부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증발기는 상기 냉각조의 내측으로 연장형성되며 냉매가 유동하는 파이프부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 증발기의 출구는 상기 압축기의 입구에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압축기, 응축기, 증발기, 냉각조 및 열교환기가 내장되는 하우징을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 내부에는 외부공기가 상기 열교환기를 통과한 후 외부로 토출되도록 공기를 유동시키는 송풍팬이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 제습장치.
