Abstract
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 RFID시스템은 안테나에 상기 안테나와 상이한 열팽창계수를 가지는 온도측정부재를 포함하고, 온도 변화에 따라 가변되는 상기 온도측정부재에 의해 상기 안테나의 공진 주파수를 설정하는 RFID태그; 상기 공진 주파수로 RFID태그 정보를 수신하고, 상기 공진주파수에 따라 상기 RFID태그가 부착된 대상체의 온도를 산출하는 RFID리더;를 포함한다.

Claims (7)
- 안테나에 상기 안테나와 상이한 열팽창계수를 가지는 온도측정부재를 포함하고, 온도 변화에 따라 가변되는 상기 온도측정부재에 의해 상기 안테나의 공진 주파수를 설정하는 RFID태그;
상기 공진 주파수로 RFID태그 정보를 수신하고, 상기 공진주파수에 따라 상기 RFID태그가 부착된 대상체의 온도를 산출하는 RFID리더;를 포함하는
RFID시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 RFID리더는
상기 RFID태그에 태그 정보를 요청하고, 상기 요청 신호에 대한 응답신호의 공진 주파수에 따른 상기 대상체의 온도를 산출하는
RFID시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 RFID리더는
상기 RFID태그로부터 수신되는 응답신호에 해당하는 반사 강도를 확인하고, 상기 반사 강도가 최소인 주파수에 따른 온도값을 산출하는
RFID시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 RFID리더는
상기 산출된 온도값을 기 설정된 목적지로 전송하는
RFID시스템. - 안테나;
상기 안테나와 열팽창계수가 상이한 도전성 물질로 형성되는 온도측정부재;
온도 변화에 따라 가변되는 상기 온도측정부재에 의한 안테나의 공진 주파수를 설정하는 구동칩;을 포함하는
