Claims (13)
- 양극, 음극, 및 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재된 분리막 구조의 긴 시트가 권취되어 있는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체에 있어서,
상기 양극 및 음극에는 권취축 방향의 상단 또는 하단에 집전체로부터 연장된 각각 둘 이상의 전극 탭들이 돌출되어 있고,
상기 전극 탭들은 각각 권취에 의해 인접하게 되는 전극 탭과 접속된 상태로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 집전체는 전극 탭들을 제외한 나머지 부위에 활물질이 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 권취축의 수직 방향으로의 단면이 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 전극 탭들이 타원형의 단축 방향으로 상호 인접하여 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 전극 탭들은 권취축 방향으로 돌출되어 있고, 상기 음극 전극 탭들은 상기 양극 전극 탭들이 돌출된 방향에 대향 방향으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 탭들은 용접으로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 탭들 및 음극 탭들은 각각 집전체가 권취되었을 때 상호 인접하여 접속이 가능하도록, 권취 외측 방향으로 전극 탭들의 간격이 증가하는 형태로 집전체로부터 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 음극에는 권취 1회에 대응하는 길이 상에 각각 양극 전극 탭 및 음극 전극 탭이 1개 또는 2개가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전극조립체가 전지케이스에 내장되어 있는 구조의 전지셀.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 금속 캔 또는 라미네이트 시트의 파우치형 케이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 9 항에 따른 전지셀을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 11 항에 따른 전지팩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스는 휴대폰, 스마트 패드, 노트북 컴퓨터, 전동 공구, 전기자동차, 하이브리드 전기자동차, 플러그-인 하이브리드 전기자동차, 또는 전력저장장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
