Claims (9)
- 탱크(2)로부터 액체 첨가제를 추출하기 위한 적어도 하나의 흡입점(17), 상기 흡입점(17)으로부터 공급 유닛(3)으로 이어지는 밸브 없는 전달 라인(6), 및 밸브 없는 양변위 펌프(4)를 구비하는, 액체 첨가제 공급용 디바이스(1)를 동작시키는 방법으로서, 상기 양변위 펌프(4)는 상기 탱크(2)로부터 상기 흡입점(17)을 통해 전달 라인(6)을 따라 상기 공급 유닛(3)으로 상기 액체 첨가제를 전달하도록 설계되고, 상기 양변위 펌프(4)는 상기 전달 라인(6)의 적어도 하나의 밀봉부(seal)(19)를 구비하고, 적어도 하나의 밀봉부는 상기 액체 첨가제를 전달하기 위해 상기 전달 라인(6)을 따라 변위될 수 있고, 상기 방법은, 적어도,
a) 상기 디바이스(1)의 동작 정지를 검출하는 단계;
b) 상기 양변위 펌프(4) 내 상기 밀봉부(19)의 위치(45)를 수립하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 밀봉부의 위치(45)가 제공된 주차 위치(park position)(44)에 대응하지 않는 경우 상기 밀봉부(19)의 위치(45)를 변경하는 단계를 포함하는, 액체 첨가제 공급용 디바이스의 동작 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양변위 펌프(4)는 회전 구동부(8)와 이동가능한 펌프 요소(9)를 구비하고, 상기 이동가능한 펌프 요소(9)는 전달을 위하여 회전 움직임(32)으로 이동되는, 액체 첨가제 공급용 디바이스의 동작 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이동가능한 펌프 요소(9)가 전달 방향(5)과 반대 방향으로 회전 움직임(32)으로 이동되는 경우 상호 맞물릴(interlock) 수 있는 미늘(barb)(40)이 상기 이동가능한 펌프 요소(9)에 제공되고, 상기 미늘(40)은 단계 c) 후에 상기 주차 위치(44)에 포획(arrested)되는, 액체 첨가제 공급용 디바이스의 동작 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양변위 펌프(4)는 상기 적어도 하나의 밀봉부(19)를 형성하기 위한 적어도 하나의 가요성 밀봉부 요소(46)를 구비하고, 상기 가요성 밀봉부 요소(46)는, 상기 디바이스(1)의 동작 압력보다 더 높은 압력이 적어도 하나의 펌프 볼륨(18) 내에 우세한 경우 상기 양변위 펌프(4)의 적어도 하나의 펌프 볼륨(18)을 확장시키기에 적합한, 액체 첨가제 공급용 디바이스의 동작 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제공된 주차 위치(44)에서 상기 양변위 펌프(4)의 입구(25)는 상기 적어도 하나의 밀봉부(19)에 의해 차단(closed off)되는, 액체 첨가제 공급용 디바이스의 동작 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제공된 주차 위치(44)에서 상기 양변위 펌프(4)의 출구(26)는 상기 적어도 하나의 밀봉부(19)에 의해 차단되는, 액체 첨가제 공급용 디바이스의 동작 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양변위 펌프(4)는 상기 양변위 펌프(4) 내 압력이 상기 디바이스의 동작 압력을 초과하는 경우에도 변치 않는 강성의 전체 펌프 볼륨(47)을 구비하고, 상기 제공된 주차 위치(44)에서 상기 입구(25)와 상기 출구(26)는 적어도 하나의 밀봉부(19)에 의해 차단되는, 액체 첨가제 공급용 디바이스의 동작 방법.
