Description
Claims (10)
- P2O5, B2O3 및 희토류 산화물을 필수 성분으로서 함유하고,
산화물 기준의 유리 조성에 있어서,
P2O5 함유량이 0 질량% 초과 또한 0.79 질량% 미만의 범위이고,
B2O3 함유량이 20 ∼ 40 질량% 의 범위이고,
희토류 산화물과 Ta2O5, WO3, TiO2, Nb2O5 및 Bi2O3 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 산화물의 합계 함유량이 35 ∼ 70 질량% 의 범위이고,
굴절률 (nd) 가 1.72 ∼ 1.83 의 범위이고,
아베수 (νd) 가 45 ∼ 55 의 범위이고, 또한
유리 전이 온도 (Tg) 가 640 ℃ 이하인 광학 유리. - 산화물 기준의 유리 조성에 있어서,
P2O5 0 질량% 초과 또한 0.79 질량% 미만
B2O3 20 ∼ 40 질량%
희토류 산화물 35 ∼ 60 질량%
를 함유하고,
굴절률 (nd) 가 1.72 ∼ 1.83 의 범위이고,
아베수 (νd) 가 45 ∼ 55 의 범위이고, 또한
유리 전이 온도 (Tg) 가 640 ℃ 이하인 광학 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
ZnO 함유량이 2 ∼ 25 질량% 의 범위인 광학 유리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
알칼리 금속 산화물 함유량이 0 ∼ 10 질량% 의 범위인 광학 유리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열간 성형에 제공되는 유리인 광학 유리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 유리로 이루어지는 열간 성형품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
정밀 프레스 성형용 프리폼인 열간 성형품. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 유리로 이루어지는 광학 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 유리를 열간 성형함으로써 성형품을 얻는 공정을 포함하는 열간 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 열간 성형품을 정밀 프레스 성형함으로써 광학 소자를 얻는 공정을 포함하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법.
