Claims (9)
- 간 섬유증이 아닌 섬유성 질병의 치료 또는 예방, 또는 타이로신 키나제 관련 암의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 방법에서 사용하기 위한 화합물 1-[4-메틸티오페닐]-3-[3,5-디메틸-4-카복시디메틸메틸옥시페닐]프로프-2-엔-1-온.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유성 질병이 폐, 심장, 근육, 피부, 연조직, 골수, 장, 및 관절 섬유증인 화합물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유성 질병이 폐 섬유증, 특발성 폐 섬유증, 낭성 섬유증, 심내막심근 섬유증, 종격 섬유증, 골수섬유증, 복막후 섬유증, 진행성 거대 섬유증, 신성 전신 섬유증(nephrogenic systemic fibrosis), 크론병(Crohn's disease,) 켈로이드(keloid), 오래된 심근경색, 피부경화증/전신 섬유증, 관절섬유증(arthrofibrosis) 및 유착 관절낭염인 화합물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 타이로신 키나제 관련 암이 PDGFR-, VEGFR- 또는 KIT-관련 암인 화합물. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 암이 신장 세포 암종, 위장 기질 종양(GIST), 위암, 신경섬유종과 관련된 수막종, 신경내분비 췌장 종양, 외분비 췌장 종양, 백혈병, 골수증식성/골수형성장애병(myelodisplastic disease), 비만세포증, 피부섬유육종, 유방, 폐, 갑상샘 또는 직장결장암을 포함하는 고형 종양, 또는 전립샘 암인 화합물. - 간암의 치유성 치료방법에서 사용하기 위한 화합물 1-[4-메틸티오페닐]-3-[3,5-디메틸-4-카복시디메틸메틸옥시페닐]프로프-2-엔-1-온.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 간암이 간세포 암종인 화합물. - 콜라겐 섬유의 생산에 관여하고 및/또는 세포외 매트릭스의 생산에 관여하는 세포의 증식 및/또는 활성화의 억제 시 사용하기 위한 화합물 1-[4-메틸티오페닐]-3-[3,5-디메틸-4-카복시디메틸메틸옥시페닐]프로프-2-엔-1-온.
- 콜라겐 섬유의 생산에 관여하고 및/또는 세포외 매트릭스의 생산에 관여하는 세포의 세포자멸사를 촉진하는데 사용하기 위한 화합물 1-[4-메틸티오페닐]-3-[3,5-디메틸-4-카복시디메틸메틸옥시페닐]프로프-2-엔-1-온.
