Claims (13)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
화학식 I에서 m + n의 값이 1 또는 2인 화합물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
R1 및 R2가 서로 독립적으로 1 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼 또는 2 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알켄일 라디칼인, 화합물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
화학식 I에서 m + n의 값이 1 또는 2인 화합물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
R1 및 R2가 서로 독립적으로 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼 또는 3 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알켄일 라디칼, 또는 CF3인 화합물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
m 및 n이 둘 다 1인 화합물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
m이 0이고, n이 1인 화합물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화합물의 액정 매질에서의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물을 하나 이상 포함하는, 2개 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 액정 매질.
- 제 11 항에 따른 액정 매질을 함유하는 전광 디스플레이 소자.
- 하기 화학식 B의 화합물을 탈양성자 시약을 사용하여 위치 3에서 탈양성자화하고 하기 화학식 C의 화합물로 전환하는 단계, 및
화학식 C의 화합물을 하나 이상의 추가 단계에서 화학식 I의 화합물로 전환하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법:
