Abstract
본 발명은 탄소체 및 강자성 탄소체, 활성탄으로부터 이들 체의 생산, 및 예를 들면 수처리에서 및 전기 화학적 적용에서 탄소체 및 강자성체의 용도에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (17)
- 부분 흑연화된 활성탄 및 적어도 하나의 강자성 금속의 금속입자들을 포함하는 강자성 탄소체로서, 200 내지 1000 ㎡/g의 BET 표면적, 0.1 내지 1 ml/g의 총세공용적 및 2 내지 10nm의 평균 세공직경을 갖는 강자성 탄소체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속이 철, 니켈 및 코발트 금속 및/또는 합금, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고, 상기 강자성 탄소체가 10 내지 90 중량%의 흑연탄소, 바람직하게는 20 내지 80 중량%의 흑연탄소, 더욱 바람직하게는 25 내지 70 중량%의 흑연탄소 및 더더욱 바람직하게는 30 내지 60 중량%의 흑연탄소를 포함하는 강자성 탄소체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속입자가 흑연탄소에 의해 완전히 캡슐화된 것인 강자성 탄소체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 탄소체가 금속 및/또는 산화금속의 추가 입자들을 추가로 포함하는 강자성 탄소체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 탄소체가 중합체를 추가로 포함하는 강자성 탄소체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 탄소체가 탄소 나노튜브 및 탄소 나노섬유가 제공된 것인 강자성 탄소체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 강자성 탄소체의 제조방법으로서, 활성탄을 비휘발성 금속 화합물의 수용액으로 함침시키고, 상기 함침된 활성탄을 건조시키고, 상기 건조된 함침 활성탄을 불활성 대기하에 열분해하여, 상기 금속화합물을 상응하는 금속으로 환원시킴을 포함하는 강자성 탄소체의 제조방법.
- 활성탄 분말을 비휘발성 금속화합물 분말과 혼합하고, 얻어진 혼합분말을 체로 성형하고, 상기 성형된 체를 불활성 대기하에 열분해하여, 상기 금속화합물을 상응하는 금속으로 환원시킴을 포함하는 강자성 탄소체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 강자성 금속 및/또는 합금의 전구체이고, 바람직하게는 상기 금속은 질산 철(III) 또는 시트르산 철(III) 암모늄인 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 탄소체는 온도 > 800℃에서 수소 함유 기체 흐름 및 탄소 함유 화합물과 접촉시키는 것인 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 강자성 탄소체의 흑연표면상에 흡착하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 탄성체가 금속 및/또는 산화금속으로 담지되고, 바람직하게는 상기 강자성 탄소체는 흑연탄소 층에 의해 완전히 캡슐화된 강자성 금속 입자를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 부분 흑연화된 활성탄 및 적어도 하나의 강자성 금속의 금속 입자들을 포함하는 강자성 탄소체.
- 부분 흑연화된 활성탄 및 적어도 하나의 강자성 금속의 금속 입자들을 포함하는 강자성 탄소체를 산과 접촉시켜, 상기 금속입자들을 용해한 다음, 상기 산 처리된 강자성 탄소체를 액체로 헹구어, 용해된 금속입자들을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 부분 흑연화된 활성탄을 포함하는 탄소체의 제조방법.
- 제14항의 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 부분 흑연화된 활성탄을 포함하는 탄소체.
- 물 정화에서, 또는 전기화학적 용도에서, 흡착제로서, 촉매 담지체로서, 촉매로서 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 강자성 탄소체 또는 제15항에 따른 탄소체의 용도.
- 일산화 탄소를 수소화시킴으로서 올레핀을 제조하는데 적합한 촉매이며, 상기 촉매가 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 강자성 탄소체를 포함하는 것인 촉매.
