Abstract
Description
그림 2는 특히 표준상태(STP) 기체에 해당하는 추출 용매에 적합하며 발명의 구현에 따라 대기압을 초과하는 압력을 이용하는 연속 추출기 시스템의 도면을 제시한다.
그림 3은 발명의 구현에 따라 연속 추출기의 분리 챔버와 컨덴서를 결합한 열교환기의 단면을 제시한다.
그림 4는 발명의 구현에 따라 연속 추출기의 분리 챔버와 컨덴서를 결합한 열교환기의 단면을 제시한다.
그림 5는 발명의 구현에 따라 컴프레서의 크랭크케이스가 연속 추출기 시스템 열교환기 분리 챔버의 첫 번째 부분으로 포함된 압축기와 결합한 열교환기의 단면을 제시한다.
그림 6은 발명의 구현에 따라 a) 추출 용매가 교환기의 바닥에서 맨 위까지 흐르는 추출 챔버, b) 추출 용매가 중앙에서 주변부로 흐르는 추출 챔버, c) 추출 용매가 주변부에서 중앙으로 흐르는 추출 챔버, d) 연속 추출 시스템에 이용할 수 있도록 추출 챔버 내용물의 냉방과 난방을 위해 자켓을 씌운 추출 챔버 외관의 단면을 제시한다.
그림 7은 발명의 구현에 따른 연속 추출 시스템의 도면을 제시한다.
그림 8은 발명의 구현에 따른 연속 추출 시스템의 도면을 제시한다.
그림 9는 발명의 구현에 따라 a) 튜블러 분리 챔버 내에 튜블러 컨덴서 하나를 삽입한 열교환기, b) 연속 추출기에 이용할 수 있도록 튜블러 컨덴서 내부의 분리 챔버로 구성된 여러 개의 튜브를 삽입한 열 교환기 단면을 제시한다.
그림 10은 발명의 구현에 따라 연속 추출기에서 이용할 수 있는 추출 용매가 맨 위에서 추출 물질 및 추출 용액 배출구에 작은 오리피스들을 만들어 놓은 입구 분배판을 통해 흐르고 바닥에서 추출 물질이 잠기지 않고 씻길 수 있도록 큰 오리피스들을 만들어 놓은 출구 분배판을 통해 배출되는 추출 챔버 단면을 표시한다.
Claims (9)
- 다음과 같이 구성된 연속 추출기:
한 개 이상의 밸브나 유체 흐름을 조정하는 기타 장치 및 유체 흐름에서 용매에 의해 용질을 추출해내기 위한 추출 물질을 갖추고 있는 각각의 챔버로 구성된 여러 개의 추출 챔버
용액 유입구로 구성되어 있으며 용액 유입구 전체의 압력을 줄여 용액의 증기화된 용매 형성, 용매의 액체 또는 농축 추출물 조직 형성과 병합, 응결을 촉진하는 한 개 이상의 팽창 챔버
증기화된 용매가 액체로 응결되는 한 개 이상의 컨덴서
한 개 이상의 압축기나 액체 펌프, 또는 기타 컨덴서의 다운스트림과 추출 챔버 및 팽창 챔버 업스트림에 장치된 유체 흐름 조절 장치
한 개 이상의 펌프나 밸브, 기타 연속적, 주기적으로 유체 흐름을 중단하지 않고 추출물을 배출하는 장치. 앞에서 언급된 여러 개의 추출 챔버는 추출 가능한 물질에서 모든 용질이 소진되면 탈거되며 탈거된 추출 챔버는 유체 흐름을 중단시키지 않고 새로운 추출 물질을 담은 다른 챔버로 교체되며 용매는 장치 안에 보존된다. - 청구 1항의 연속 추출기에서는 용액 유입구와 팽창 챔버, 한 개 이상의 컨덴서가 열교환기를 구성하며, 여기서 용액 유입구는 한 개 이상의 열 팽창 밸브를 가지고 있고, 한 개 이상의 컨덴서가 팽창 챔버와 접촉하여 컨덴서의 열을 팽창 챔버가 흡수한다.
- 청구 1항의 연속 추출기는 또한 진공 펌프를 갖추고 있으며, 여기서 용액 유입구 전체의 압력이 감소하여 진공 펌프에 의해 용매의 증발이 촉진된다.
- 청구 3항의 연속 추출기에서 한 개 이상의 컨덴서가 외부에서 제공된 냉각재와 접촉한다.
- 청구 4항의 연속 추출기에서 냉각재는 칠러와 접촉한다.
- 청구 1항의 연속 추출기는 또한 체크 밸브 및/또는 히터 및/또는 칠러 및/또는 열교환기를 갖추고 있으며, 여기서 열교환기는 외부에서 연속 추출기로 가열 또는 냉각되는 열 교환 유체를 포함한다.
- 청구 1항의 연속 추출기는 또한 한 개 이상의 액추에이터 및/또는 한 개 이상의 센서와 연결된 정보 처리장치를 갖추고 있다.
- 청구 7항의 연속 추출기에서 정보 처리장치는 프로그램된 컴퓨터로 구성되며 센서는 독립적으로 또는 다른 장치와 결합하여 한 개 이상의 유량계, 유체 밀도 센서, 시차 굴절률 검출기, 적외선이나 가시광선, 자외선 검출기 및/또는 전도성 검출기를 구성하고, 액추에이터는 독립적으로 또는 다른 장치와 결합하여 밸브, 펌프 및/또는 경보장치를 구성한다.
- 추출 물질에서 한 가지 이상의 용해성 구성요소를 추출하는 방법은 다음과 같이 구성된다.
청구 1항에 따라 추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 추출 물질이 담긴 여러 개의 추출 챔버를 갖춘 연속 추출기를 제공한다.
용매로 구성된 액체를 압축기나 펌프, 기타 유체를 첫 번째 도관을 통과하여 여러 개의 추출 챔버로 보내는 장치를 통해 이동시킨다. 여기서 추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 용액이 형성된다.
추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 용액을 추출 챔버에서 두 번째 도관으로 보낸다. 여기서 해당 용액은 추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 결합 용액으로 결합된다.
추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 결합 용액을 두 번째 도관에서 한 개 이상의 팽창 밸브로 연결되는 한 개 이상의 용액 유입구로 보낸다. 여기서 팽창 챔버는 두 번째 도관보다 낮은 압력을 유지하고 추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 결합 용액은 용매 증기와 추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 추출물로 분리된다.
연속 추출기에서 한 개 이상의 펌프, 밸브, 기타 연속 추출기의 유체 흐름을 멈추지 않고 연속적, 주기적으로 추출물을 제거하는 장치로 제거한다.
용매 증기를 액체 용매로 응결시킨다.
용매로 구성된 액체를 첫 번째 도관으로 보낸다.
추출 물질에 추출 가능한 용질이 없는 경우 용매로 구성된 액체가 첫 번째 도관에서 추출 챔버로 유입되지 않도록 한다.
추출 가능한 용질이 없는 추출 물질이 담긴 추출 챔버에서 용매로 구성된 액체를 추출 가능한 용질이 없는 추출 물질이 담긴 추출 챔버에 용매가 없어질 때까지 두 번째 도관, 첫 번째 도관 및/또는 다른 연속 추출기 부분으로 보낸다.
연속 추출기에서 추출 가능한 용질이 없는 추출 물질을 담은 추출 챔버를 분리하여 탈거한다.
용질로 구성된 추출 물질을 담은 다른 추출 챔버를 첫 번째 도관과 두 번째 도관에 연결한다.
용매로 구성된 액체 흐름이 첫 번째 도관을 통과하여 용질로 구성된 추출 물질을 담은 추출 챔버로 연결되도록 복구한다. 여기서 추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 용액이 형성된다.
추출 가능한 용질로 구성된 용액의 흐름을 다시 추출 챔버에서 두 번째 도관으로 연결한다.
